Excellent personable customer service from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough! I was kept up to date with everything from receiving my order to it being despatched. Really lovely product. I was recommended this product by a friend and have since I brought three of the diffusers, I have been amazed at how long the scent last. Room smells fresh for months. Packaging is stylish and delivery is fast. I also received samples for pillow mist which was lovely. I would like to try a room most next as Hypothesis One fragrances are so fresh and clean as opposed to the often musky ones available from elsewhere

I have purchased 3 reed diffusers, one from each of the collections - Lychee & Peony, Spiced Pumpkin and Rose. As well as a chamomile and Lavender pillow mists.

The product quality is exceptional and they last a lot longer than some of the cheaper alternatives available. I have had lots of comments from friends and family on the beautiful scents. The spiced pumpkin was the one that caught the most attention and I would love this to become part of the normal range!

Delivery is prompt and the packaging is superb, it really feels like you get a designer delivery at an affordable price. It would make an excellent gift.

Can’t recommend Hypothesisone enough!! So about a month ago I got a reed diffuser in scent Lychee and Peony and I can honestly say I have been blown away. The soft floral notes of Peony are so well balanced with the sweet and fruitiness of the Lychee. It’s such a refreshing scent that really does fill the whole room with its luxurious aroma, it’s definitely a spring to summer scent which is perfect for these warmer seasons. The smell is just as strong as the day I opened it. Can’t recommend enough and also the owners over at Hypothesisone are honestly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met so if you have any questions drop them a message and I’m sure they’ll be happy to help
