Fantastisk sida som ordnade bostaden för mig. Dök upp på mitt mail efter 2 dagar. Pang så var den min. Tack Hyrenbostad!!!

Stockholm, where people are desperate in searching for apartments, is perfect ground for companies like Hyrenbustad, to earn easy money. Hyrenbostad find nice way on their website to advertise and make people believe they will pay only 39kr.
Then, the email they send is ONLY textual, without their logo or any designed real company email, just full of text and links.

Since I can't attach screenshot it looks like this and psychology of the mass is simple (TLTR):
"Welcoming text... bla, bla, bla..... a lot of bla. Then one looooong blue link, then text and second looooong blue link, then text and third looooong blue link (I am all ready lost like most of the people). Then I need to scroll page, and there is a lot of text, I can see because scroll line is small.... and I scroll and text text, bla, bla, bla ..... more texts."
And somewhere in all of those texts there is the most important part 374kr per month! Very well hidden from desperate customer who is in the most difficult quest of apartment search in Stockholm.

In design world there is a name for this ux and ui design, and the name is "Dark patterns"!

Put the amount on the home page, if you dare.

Update
After 6 months they contact me and offer me to refund me three months, which is around 1200SEK, if I remove my review from Trustpilot.

I thought is a good start and that they maybe want to do a right and good business. I checked their website and saw, that customers still can’t see the price list anywhere!

I offered them to remove my review, if they also add prices on the website, so customers can have that information, but they refused.

Instead of doing better business they are buying bad reviews!

Very useful. In my case I was able to find a good apartment thanks to it

Det är uppmuntrande att få mail så gott som varje dag.

Gick otroligt smidigt att hitta lägenhet via er hemsida. Löpande info om lediga lägenheter via e-post. Värdesätter att vi (uthyrare och hyrestagare) får vara anonyma under processen och först när uthyraren bestämt sig träder involverade fram.

Det nappade på en gång, för en gångs skull. Inte illa på en bostadsmarknad som har skjutits i sank av aningslösa politiker med beslutsångest var dag. Öppna upp för guds skulle så ungdomar, studenter, vuxna, resande, pendlare, äldre och alla som vill bilda, skaffa eget kan få sin bostad. Tack Hyrenbostad!

I can't thank this platform enough, due to them I was able to find a suitable apartment within a day, contact the landlord and immediately arrange a visit.

Jag hittade ny bostad inom ett par dagar efter jag hade registrerat mig på Hyrenbostad. Mycket bra att det kommer e-post när det läggs ut nya annonser. / Christina

Uppskatar hur enkelt det är att använda sidan och hitta lägenheterna som passar i mig och mina önskemål.

Hemsidan är lätt att använda med funktioner som är lätta att förstå.
Alltid trevlig och hjälpsam kundservice.
Och bäst av allt jag hittade min länge eftersökta bostad på mindre än 3 veckor.

Jag blev lite irriterad över att jag fick träff på massor av bostäder som inte gick att söka. T.ex. många annonser där uthyrning endast var till kvinnor eller endast avser ungdomsbostad. Synd att det inte framgår att uthyrning avser ett rum i en lägenhet utan man får intrycket av att det är en enrumslägenhet.

Fick dock tag på bostad inom 2 dagar så på så sätt var det väldigt bra.

Jag hittade bostad efter 3 dagar, trevligt och bra.
