Migration by Hyve Manged Hosting from another MSP
We recently completed a full migration to a private cloud with Hyve. Migrating our infrastructure was a strategic decision involving re-architecting to optimise our resources and prepare for future growth. Due to the complex nature of our platform and its business-critical status, this was not a simple process. The team at Hyve meticulously carried out every step of the process, from rigorously planning the migration to ensure that the transition to Hyve was seamless.
Their support throughout has been truly exceptional. Whenever we've had a question or encountered an issue, their support team has been there. I want to thank Freddie Gander and Tom Andrews, who were instrumental. Their hard work throughout the onboarding and migration further endorsed that we made the right decision to move to Hyve - it's clear that Hyve values its customers and goes above and beyond to provide the support they need.

We had 12 days in which we needed to move our entire virtual network from the existing solution to Hyve. They worked day and night with us to ensure that not only did we complete the entire process but we did it in less than a week. They guys are absolutely fantastic and incredibly easy to work with!

Seemless Server Migration
We migrated one of our customer facing servers to Hyve. The migration was extremely well managed, the tech team were very attentive, helping us through each stage of the migration. The migration went seemlessly and we experienced very little downtime. Very happy with Hyve, 5 Star service.

We moved our entire solution from another host to a multi-server set up and along with help with migration, I think we certainly made the right choice. The servers are great but the customer service and support is absolutely top tier level. multiple issues including a few strange ones all fixed by some very competent engineers. If you want a decent cloud hosting solution and decent support, you certainly could do much worse than these guys.
Exceptional managed hosting services
Hyve's managed hosting service is exceptional: stable, fast and reliable. In the 5+ years we have used their services, I haven't known our server to be down once (apart from during planned outages for patching, etc.) Support tickets raised through the online portal are replied to promptly and any changes requested completed fully. Compared them to AWS and they blew it away.
Compared them to AWS, Azure and Rackspace and they were able to create a bespoke customized solution at a much lower price point without the need to hire additional engineers and staff to setup the infrastructure. used top tier hardware and data centers and had instant failover to two tier one providers. On top of all of that they let us bring our own ip's at no charge and configured routing and dns for us. . extremely happy with the service and responsiveness of this company.

Hyve are amazing! We recently moved our online learning platform to Hyve and the experience has been brilliant. From the very start of the process the care and attention taken to really understand our needs was impressive. Everyone in the team has been professional, friendly and very efficient. It's been a pleasure to work with them from day 1. Our Customer Experience Manager (Katharine) has been fantastic - keeping in touch and ensuring we have everything we need. Outstanding customer service and response rate.
We needed a new managed server and since the first meeting, I was convinced that Hyve was the right path for us. During the migration phase, all needs were met within minutes. The server itself is very responsive and reliable, we haven't experienced any slowness or loss of service.
