A really good robust madrasah management system. A few hiccups here and there but overall its quite good.
Looking forward to see it going even further under the an-naseeha team. Not to forget the original team who were running it initially who also exerted great efforts and sincerity in getting it to where it is. To my knowledge it's the best Madrasah management system on the market. Allah accept their khidmah

Due to our low prices we cannot afford to dedicate someone for telephone support. We had this in the past and updates stopped completely because upto 8 hours were being spent on the phones. It's either higher pricing for the system which provides absolutely free support ticket system for a lower fee or you pay a higher monthly fee for free telephone support. Either way you'd be paying but the other method would be unfair on those who don't need or use telephone support.
3 stars for something as trivial as this is very dishonest. Khair. We will continue to provide by far the best management system on the market for Madaaris and Islamic schools
Masha'Allah, may Allah swt reward the developers. IBEAMS is a complete solution for managing a madrasah/maktab. With lots of features, very helpful customer service. You can also request features which the developers work on for free - this is a software which is continually improving. A great investment!

An amazing platform for education settings. Easy to use, great features for both parents and students. Ease of use for teachers.
This software is so full of features and has so much potential. We have used this for one full academic year so far. The developers are really really quick to respond to support requests. The new feature request section ensures that the software is constantly evolving and being upgraded. With other software that I have used, it felt stagnated, in that updates, if done, would only happen once a year. The one aspect I feel is lacking is the help section which I feel is out of date, and would need regularly updating as the software is updated. Video tutorials for all aspects of the software would also be most helpful.
Communication is an issue at times esp via email. phone service would be great.

Apologies for the slow email support last month. In mid-January our main developer was hospitalised with a serious condition and was there until a few days ago. It's been very difficult for us during this time. Apologies for the inconvenience. InshaAllah normal service has already resumed thanks to everyone Duaas. Excellent service for Makaatib. Regular service and update of the system allows us to run our Maktab on a very professional level. Help and support is always on hand.
We have an organisation that caters for over 400 students. Until now all our fees came through bank standing orders and the admin staff had the painstaking task of manually allocating payments via reference numbers we had pre assigned. (All this after creating standing order forms and waiting for them to be returning before having to deposit at various different banks).
After a recommendation we started using the ibeams cloud software. Although it has taken us just under one month to finally complete all the data work, I can assure you it is most definitely worth every second of our time put in.
The software is simply amazing and ticks all the boxes of whatever our organisation has been lacking the past few years. Problems in the past included;
• manual attendance entries prone to errors.
•manual fees allocation which was repetive, innificient and difficult to collect from parents.
•paper reports (often lost by pupils)
• time consuming examination results logging (we used mail merge) and even that gave errors.
All of these issues are addressed in the software and it all works seamlessly between 3 different portals, parent's portal, teacher's portal, and the management portal.
The above is more than worth the £40 a month we are currently paying considering the time and hassle we are saving. But to top it all, I have been blown away by the support received we've received the past few weeks. Yasin has literally helped us whenever we needed it and guided us every step of the way. He has excellent communication skills and goes out of his way to assure our problems are resolved quickly and efficiently as possible.
I without hesitation, recommend this software to any organisation that may have found of themselves in our position. Well done guys!
Great solution for schooling system. Simple and straight forward setup. Make a real different for administrating and managing school system. Attendance, monthly payment, invoice, communicating with teachers and as well as Parents.

We use this software for our Madrasa (arabic islamic classes) The support is fantastic. features are just right for what is needed. but the team behind is passionate and is introducing/correcting features. they listen and accomodate when newer features are requested. We get more value for the very nominal fees charged. May the IBEAMS team be more succesful
Ibeams is excellent student management software regularly developing and updating to meet the needs of the Madrassah. This system caters to any type of education facility taking care of the office and teaching administration.

Jazakallah for the review. On the dashboard you should see instant support which has a contact form, a call button (to phone) and sms/whatsapp (to message). Not having a number publicly is common for a few a few genuine reasons but that does not mean we do not phone back if needed. It is not difficult to set up a phone number and have a machine take the call for credibility but we consider that dishonest.
