Positive:

Good, respectful and effective sales process (first call, offer, second call).

Good communication via dedicated Slack.

Helpful even for website bugs and issues outside SEO scope thanks to access to developers.

Pivoted well from "writing blog posts" to "providing background research" after issues raised with blog post quality.

Available and seemingly all times of day and night - however, this might be difficult for staff and lead to burnout. Especially for European clients, clearer respect of working hours even across timezones might send a more professional signal than being available 24/7.

Apparently good execution of technical SEO.

Negative: 

Basic and reporting on web traffic without strategic depth: Did not exclude own and client's traffic from Google Analytics, even after this was called out. Did not report on geographic origin of traffic in monthly reports, only added it when I explicity asked for it. --> data was skewed by non-target geographies

Lost all interest in the project when the end of the contract was announced, and only finished work for compliance.

Took out the project manager mid-project without any explanation, not even a polite excuse, which lowers trust in functional internal processes and work climate. 

The blog posts written were meaningless, keyword-stuffed  junk that no serious brand would publish on their website, not "even for SEO". 

Use of outdated SEO practices like backlinks from blog farms or keyword stuffing (their own words). 

Communication during the whole process was excellent. Pricing was very competitive. This type of work can be very confusing, so the constant updates and chats regarding how things were going were much appreciated. I highly recommend IBIZN for any of your programming needs.
