It's a premium product with premium support
Say what you will about the product, but no other vendor in security, let alone technology, has a support as great as iboss'. iboss cloud itself is a bit expensive, but there's no doubting the amount of features you get with a subscription will all go to use. It's also the easiest platform to implement SSL Inspection/Decryption on when it comes to granularity and effectiveness. Somehow magically SSL inspects HTTP/1.3 too.

Switching to iBoss has become a quite beneficial decision since with pandemic we all started working from home. Securing endpoints became quite easy for us with Iboss We have been using it for more than a year now and have nothing but praise for the product and the team that implemented and supports it. Look for a better service provider
I had a bad experience working with their product and alerted them to the same. Their customer support did not help at all which left me more frustrated. I do not recommend their services.
