Super vriendelijke klantenservice van Tim. Product die ik wilde was niet op voorraad en zodra het weer binnen was gelijk gecontacteerd! Ik hoop dat zijn bedrijf doorgroeit waar hij nog meer aandacht kan besteden aan klantvriendelijkheid waar de rest van kunt leren!

The shop has a broad selection of large, quality bulbs. The staff are also ready to give advice on selecting and planting the bulbs so you get the best out of them. There was an issue with my purchase which I realized only afterwards and the store owner helped me solving it to reach the fullest satisfaction. I recommend the store and I would shop there again.

Al heel wat jaren kom ik bij iBulbs Amsterdam om eerst even rustig rond te kijken in de altijd goed verzorgde winkel en naar de prachtige collectie. Vervolgens koop ik dan met veel plezier mijn bloembollen/knollen.

Ik ben nog nooit teleurgesteld in de kwaliteit van iBulbs Amsterdam.
Ik heb altijd veel succes met mijn aankopen in deze winkel. Veel mensen in mijn omgeving reageren ook altijd zeer postitief (en uiteraard soms ook jaloers) op de resultaten tijdens de bloei-periodes. En de prijzen zijn ontzettend redelijk

En dan de service die Tim geeft, dat is kortweg fantastisch. Altijd heel vriendelijk, vakkundig en oprecht.

I met Tim van Klink of iBulbs, during a spring visit of Amsterdam. He was very helpful and patient with my million questions about gardening and choosing the right bulbs and seeds. I got his card and kept in touch with him and recently placed an order of 130 bulbs which I received almost immediately nicely packed. Highly recommend.

Je kijkt altijd met veel plezier rond in de winkel van Tim. Goede kwaliteit bollen, groot assortiment, w.o. aparte soorten. En ook niet onbelangrijk, je wordt altijd heel vriendelijk geholpen. De gele keizerskronen die ik vorig jaar bij hem kocht, staan nu mooi in mijn tuin te bloeien. Daar word je blij van......!

Went in to buy wooden tulip souvenirs for my Mum , my husband was videoing me making the bouquet and the owner stood between us purposely. I said he’s just videoing and he told us to get out and was abusive and after I said I was buying them and he called me a liar repeatedly! Followed us out still arguing with us saying he wanted respect and that we weren’t buying them. Leaned in to my husband claiming to be a billionaire and he wanted respect and spat at us from behind . Money doesn’t buy respect and what was a simple fun experience to share with our kids and buy a gift for my Mum turned into a tirade of abuse from a narcissistic angry man. We bought further down the market from a much friendlier seller !

Ik heb Tim van Klink gevraagd of hij me kon advisereren hoe het probleem van gele skimmia bladeren op te lossen. hij is op zoek gegaan naar een goede bemesting en heeft deze voor mij gekocht. tijdens dit proces van plusminus een week heeft hij me uitstekend op de hoogte gehouden via email. het resultaat moet nog blijken maar zijn dienstverlening was uitstekend.

My "go to" place for souvenir everytime i visit Amsterdam. Always have the best flower bulbs for me, my family and my friends back home! Timmy the handsome owner always very helpfull with his big knowledge of everything he sells! See you again in a couple of months!!

Tim was very helpful, I needed some indoor plants, he found all the plant I wanted and even brought them at home as he passed! The plants are so beautiful and fresh. I would definitely recommend! Thanks again.
