My experience with Robbie Janes has been excellent. He is a great asset to iCabbi. I was honestly about to leave due to an ongoing fault that other iCabbi staff were unable to resolve, which was pushing me away. However, after speaking with Robbie, everything changed,we had been waiting around 10 days for a BT engineer to resolve the issue between iCabbi and BT, yet Robbie managed to sort it out within just a few minutes. That alone shows his expertise and efficiency,Robbie has been consistently professional, responsive, and extremely patient throughout all of our phone calls. He always calls back promptly and clearly explains everything, especially regarding the TAPI-related coordination. He listens carefully to my concerns, logs into our system properly, and makes sure everything is completed correctly,his support has genuinely made the process much smoother for our team. After he resolved the problem,I could see the smiles on my staff’s faces. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and reliable as Robbie,Thank you, Robbie, for your outstanding support.
