I canceled an order using the email address you provided within minutes of submitting it. I received no response. You sent it anyway, then you tried to keep sending it monthly. I emailed you numerous times to stop the recurring order and received no response. Then you charged my credit card again. I emailed you again, and you finally cancelled the order and credited my account. However, the credit card company is still showing this is a recurring charge. I better not see it again.

Knee massager is good, not sure how effective it is on bone on bone arthritic knee

Was not impressed by the product, and did not like the idea of paying almost 1/2 of the products purchase price. You then offered a partial refund and keep the product. That was the offer I accepted.

Everything I need for my niece works great

I just got the knee massager a few days ago and it did the work on my left knee, and it feels great. Thank you🙏 for this product.

Update part 2

The foot massager that did arrive broke after the third use.
I ordered the foot massager as well as two hand massagers. The foot massager showed up today and it looks like it was made for about 5 bucks and NO hand massagers.
Looks like I screwed myself out of over 300 bucks.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Good product but instructions are so poorly written it’s laughable.

I ordered their foot messager except to receive an exceptional product. What I received was a product that sends strong electrical impulses through the bottoms of your feet. I also believed that this product was coming from/made in the USA. Its NOT - this is an overseas product. You can return but you are responsible for the costs. To return the product means to that you will lose even more money. I wish I would have read the fine print. its companies like this that remind me why I should only order from Amazon. They only want money and will not do what needs to be done to gain a strong customer following. I am now left with a worthless product and a loss of $60

I made the purchase from Icare off of an Instagram Ad for the foot massager that is supposed to help with foot pain. I never received an email confirmation of order, no expected ship date and my order hasn't delivered even though it was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
