I collected Ian from the train station as agreed. We had negotiated a price for my car the previous day.
Ian inspected the car and completed the paperwork and paid me what was agreed.
A really nice and honest man to deal with. I wish him and his company every good wish for the future.

Good experience. The staff was friendly and the price was fair. Process was quick and easy. Would recommend.

AWFUL COMPANY! Brought a car from them back in December 2025 (with very poor communication from the owner Matt from the start - delayed phone calls, not answering messages and putting off times and dates). Was told on the day of the delivery once they’d finally arrived at our house that there’s a problem with the gear box and it’ll need a gearbox oil change so an appointment was arranged. On the day of the appointment 40 mins into the journey to get to Bristol the owner then messaged to say that they didn’t have the part available and to come back again tomorrow?! After agreeing to this we then the next day (after another time re-schedule on the day as well) made the journey to then be told after the ‘gear box oil change’ that we would need to come back AGAIN at a later date because they didn’t have the filter available!!!

(My partner who works in the motor trade was convinced at this point that we didn’t need to go back for a new filter and that when changing the gearbox fluid they realised there was another problem with the car and that they needed to fix it. Since having another garage look over the car, this has already been confirmed that the company was masking over plenty of issues.)

We had to put our own fuel in the car and travel over 1 hour and 40 mins overall to get there and back just for them to do half a job. We arranged a new date with Matt who picked the date based off his own 2 month holiday schedule instead of our convenience considering it was their mess up. Since then we’ve been trying to contact them to confirm the date and time. Matts personal number doesnt get back to us, we’ve emailed and phoned (which keeps saying the number is withheld so clearly they’ve blocked our number).

You know they laugh reading these reviews knowing they can continue scamming innocent customers who don’t research thoroughly enough into the company, they provide a 3 month warranty knowing that they’ve paved over the issue on the car long enough for the warranty to expire.

When we purchased the car the manager didn’t even have access to/ have enough money in the company bank account to give us the money we were owed from the car swap so had to ask us if he could give us the £200 cash he had on him in his wallet (which we declined because instantly both me and my partner thought it was a sign of money laundering just from the way he perceived himself) and the rest from a random bank account that wasn’t even linked to the company.

The company screams scammers!!!
A report has been filed to the police and it looks like they’ve got plenty of court cases to deal with from the other customers leaving reviews too.

Brought a Audi A7 from Icars and has been amazing to drive and the staff were comforting and supportive, would recommend

I've had nothing but hassle since I bought my car from this place. They do not answer the phone, do not respond to answerphone messages, don't respond to texts. Vehicle had engine fault message and leaking oil so they were going to fix it. Arranging for collection of the vehicle for repairs and they didn't let me know when the truck was coming, so I had a call from the driver when I wasn't home and had to rush back for them. They "fixed" it and it was fine for a few weeks, then another engine fault error and oil leak! Now they are refusing to collect the vehicle or refund. Avoid at all costs.

stay clear from this company, they have dodgy terms in there "REFUNDABLE" reservations to the point they will not want to refund you the "REFUNDABLE" reservation fee when being asked for. It took them to realize that I will report then to small claim court to get the refund. There was also a lot of unprofessional activity within this company for example being late to a test driving appointment, being blocked by a member of staff on request of refundable reservation and having to chase them on information of the car which was all false and was a bad condition car.

Just to provide a better level of understanding, if you decide you want to buy a car here please do a “clickmechanic” or check under the car as you will find major signs of respray accident/damage coverup because of overspray on chassis under the car and different texture of car door and boot.

I bought a used car from them but car has came not as described and with faults. For example in description was mentioned that car is top equipped but wasn't, car is coming with full service history but there is no history at all. Waste of time and to stressful to deal with them again. Avoid them.
