J’utilise MyIceBet depuis quelque temps et les dépôts ont toujours été traités rapidement. En revanche, je rencontre actuellement un problème sérieux avec mes retraits.

J’ai effectué un premier retrait de 500 € le 15/06/2026 puis un second retrait de 300 € le 17/06/2026. À ce jour, les deux demandes sont toujours affichées comme “En attente”.

Mon compte est vérifié, les fonds proviennent de gains sur des paris sportifs et aucune demande de document complémentaire ne m’a été adressée.

Le point le plus préoccupant est l’absence totale de réponse du support malgré plusieurs messages envoyés via le chat du site depuis plusieurs jours. Je n’ai reçu aucune explication concernant l’état de mes retraits ni aucun délai de traitement.

Je modifierai volontiers cet avis si la situation est résolue rapidement, mais pour le moment je suis très déçu par le manque de communication et le traitement de mon dossier.
