I placed an order on the 5th june.got order number.order has been confirmed.but still not been shipped.ive sent countless emails and no reply.terrible customer service

I ordered two jerseys for 1 and a half mount ago and it says that the shipment is canceled. So I am without jerseys and without money back. My 12 year old is very disappointed to not revive his jerseys and me too. I regret that i ordered from them.
If Icefoot reads this I hope that they refund my money.

I receive my jersey in 3 week…. Because i guess the compagny lost the package… but when i contact the service constumor it was Quick and easy to speak! The quality of the jersey for this cheap is very good! I recommend if you want a nice jersey but the shipping is slow…

They're very good quality. The only bad thing is the delivery time. It can take from 3 weeks to 1 and a half month. But overall good.

Finally got my product. It took only 1 month. Meanwhile no response to any mail....not good to be ignored like that.

I mean, it's bad because they often don't answer to their mail but also lack of info about the order. Its balanced when I can get the shirts. Sometime it is from 2 weeks up to 1 month. But don't worry the shirts gonna come.

I got 3shirts and got them all. Only negative is that i needed to wait 1month and didnt get any updates on the order

A ordered two months ago still no response and they blocked me on TikTok. Don’t know why this is a scam company you shouldn’t buy here. They are very bad bunch of scammers so don’t buy here you have warned so don’t buy here and when I wanted to write to them, they blocked me and their email doesn’t work so there is no way you will get your money back just don’t buy him you have been warned peace

Eerst had ik het shirt maat M in mijn winkelmand. Toen een dag later op de site naar mijn winkelmandje gegaan en shirt zat daar nog in, maar maat was veranderd naar S (niet goed gekeken). Vervolgens heb ik besteld en kwam ik er binnen 3 minuten achter dat het de verkeerde maat was. In hun bestelmail staat nog:
"If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at behrad.entreprenad*gmail.com".

(mogen geen emailadressen in de review, dus * = @)

Ik heb gereageerd en ook nog gemaild naar het bovenstaande emailadres. Ook heb ik nog gemaild naar help*icefot.com, zoals ik had gevonden op de site. Wat denk je? 0 reacties. Na 1.5/2 weken was het shirt dan ook verzonden, in MAAT S!! Toen het binnen was gekomen heb ik meteen gemaild naar icefot.return*outlook.com, wat hun retour email is. Nu een week later nóg geen reactie. Nergens een telefoonnummer te bekennen en geen reacties op email. PAS OP ALS JE HIER WILT BESTELLEN!!!
