Thank you for your prompt delivery. Pearl earrings were very good quality accompanied by certificate of authenticity.

I ordered a ring on the 1st of September and didn’t receive any updates that it had been shipped or anything.
I called on the 8th of September for an update and the man was lovely but kind of sounded like he had forgotten about the order and refunded me 10% and said he will express post it the following Monday.
It is now Monday the 13th of September and I have not received any updates as this was a present for my bestfriend who’s birthday has now passed.
I have tried calling the store multiple times and no answer.
I don’t think I’m ever going to receive this order, I’m very upset especially as this is my first time ordering from this store.
Just refund me please as I’ll never be shopping here again.

What I purchased looked cheap not worth the amount I paid and for returning this I had to pay the return fee from my end the don’t provide a reply paid.

I have purchased jewellery from Ice on several occasions. Quality products, easy to order and great delivery service.

With a Prezzy voucher I was given by the organisation I work for to thank me for my efforts during lockdown (I am a teacher), I have bought a sterling silver bracelet, dipped in rose gold plait for $99. It is stunning and symbolic for me. I was given a $50 Prezzy voucher last year and I bought earrings to represent getting through 100 days of lockdown. The bracelet is exactly as described and was delivered in only a few days in a beautiful box.

A silver lining for me and a lovely way to start the week.

My order never arrived. Very disappointed.

I am yet to receive my order, more than 14 days after placing it. I do not live in a remote part of Australia and to add to that, I've not even received confirmation of shipment. Totally inexcusable service.

They do not answer or return phone calls.
When I eventually received a response (7 days after ordering), the response was them hiding behind "Covid" causing delays. Whilst this may be true, it does not excuse the lack of communication.

It has been 7 days since them saying that the order will be shipped and still nothing. Very disappointing!

This is my 3rd Ring I have purchased n I absolutely love them . Quick delivery. No hassles. Will of course be adding to my collection . Thank you so much for a great shop

My experience with Ice Jewellery has been incredible. The first item posted was unfortunately stolen due to no fault of Ice Jewellery, but upon contacting them they displayed great customer service and wanting for a positive outcome and resolution that after I had followed proper procedure in following up with both Australia Post and themselves they were kind enough to send out another item which has successfully been received. I shop quite often at jewellery stores, generally (always) for my partner and I can definitely say after using their online site, experiencing their customer service with A+ communication, as well as of course seeing the stunning purchased piece once arrived, I will be a returning customer to Ice Jewellery when I’m next shopping around to see what else they have in store.
