Product arrived in record time via Royal Mail. Great service from them. Gel packs solid when frozen but become softer (but not warmer) quickly. Fit to jointed areas very effectively

We have used their disposable sports ice packs before, with no problems - in fact we ordered the previous batch well before lockdown, and they well outlasted their "best by" date. Didn't think twice... Ver más

Communication was excellent throughout…
Communication was excellent throughout the process. One downside DX do not let you chose a delivery time. You need to ensure your home all day until they send you an email on the day to explain the time of delivery. I would have liked to chose my delivery time.
