Product arrived in record time via Royal Mail. Great service from them. Gel packs solid when frozen but become softer (but not warmer) quickly. Fit to jointed areas very effectively

Icepack
The icepack came very quickly but I find it much larger than I was expecting and is suitable, perhaps, for an athletic man but not a short lady such as myself. I also find that the icepack is very heavy. I certainly wouldn't recommend it for a knee injury.

Thank you for this feedback, Melanie. We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the size of the product.
We do note in the product description that it is an extra large size and also provide the size dimensions/measurements in the price table.
Perhaps one of our smaller icepacks would have suited your needs better.
Please feel free to contact us via telephone (0808 2810 238) in the future if you think you require a future explanation of a product.
