Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 items and recieved them after a few days. No issue. I then had to return these items. Process very long. My advice make sure you check your account to see if money has been refunded. I requested a return on 9th March they did not recieve items for 3 weeks and after another week I have no money back. Contacted the team and was refunded one item only. Then they 3 euro refund fee off the amount. Will definitely not be ordering from this site again. Have not had this problem with any other company.

Returned an order 17 days ago as quality was very poor. No refund to date. Cannot recommend.

I had an OK experience with iclothing. I returned two items from Ireland, and it went smoothly: the return process (drop2shop) is the easiest I've ever seen. Yes, iclothing did retain €3 for mysterious reasons ('Adjustment Fee'), and you won't get the original postage back (€4.99). So of the €64.89 originally paid, my eventual refund was €56.90. But compared to many companies the refund process was great so I was relieved at that.
I would use the company again.

Don't do it. Yes they ship quickly, but rob you of 3 euros per order returned without notification. There is absolutely no warning of this on their website prior to ordering. Had I known this, I'd have ordered from a company who don't think they have a right to take my money for absolutely no reason. Took nearly a month to get the refund also, absolutely disgraceful. Never again.

I have been trying to contact I clothing about my refund and nobody is responding to me. I'm not at all happy. I have tried ringing them on WhatsApp and left a message on Facebook. No reply

I have been a loyal iclothing customer for the last few years but delivery times have gone to the dogs over the last 12 months. They used to send clothes via An Post and items would be with you in under 3 days. Since they have switched to Fastway, shipping times have been abysmal- items are often misdirected on the tracking, I'm getting emails for several days telling me my items are on the van for the van to never arrive, multiple "attempted" delivery emails (but I work from home so there's always someone there) etc. I know some clothes companies have switched to couriers due to increasing thefts from An Post but surely they could use a better one? The reviews of fastway alone on this website should deter companies from using them!

Incorrect order

I ordered a dress for a Christmas night out and paid extra to have it delivered on time. Received a black top instead of a black dress. This was 19th of December. I have sent several emails to try and get it sorted and but to no avail.I received one email asking for the order number and nothing since. I have followed it up but I am not receiving any reply. It is now the 2nd January and I paid €80 for a dress I still have not received. Definitely would not recommend them. Appalling customer service.

Placed my order on 15/12 and promised delivery in 1-3 days. 1 item out of stock and still waiting on the second item over a week later. Tracking says it has been delivered - no sign of the package.. it wasn't delivered as nobody was at home. Very disappointing, especially considering this was a Christmas present. I would be reluctant to order from this website again.

Do not buy here if you are living on the main land of Europe. I checked on the website, where you will see many posts that you will be able to return for free. That is NOT true if you do not life in Ireland. PostNl does not recognize the return adress, cost of shipping are EUR 12.50 plus EUR 3 fee for Iclothing. You must be very sure if the clothes are fitting before ordering!

I returned goods in May and received notification by email om 17th May that the goods had been received and that a refund would be processed - "please allow between 7- 10 working days for your refund to be processed and issued". Despite 3 emails being sent with no response, I have yet to receive my refund. I will not deal with this company again!

I placed a order on4/8/24. That day they took my payment out of ck acct. I have not received anything from them. No email text saying when it would be delivered or on back order. I'm very disappointed that there is no numbers to call and speak with anyone. Help I need my order or my money back (58.17.)

Unfortunately I had to return the item but I would highly recommend.

Good price and came quickly and size was perfect

Hadn’t heard of them but they had what I wanted at a great price . Read reviews ( all excellent) so placed the order. Glad I did as product arrived and excellent customer service along the way from Deane. Would recommend .

Love their clothing line, just order on line, garments arrive three days later, no problem, just a pity they don’t some garments in xxs
