Great service friendly correspondence felt personal

This is my second order from Icon and once again the quality and service was fantastic. I feel proud to support this family-run business and would recommend them to anyone.

A great range of merch and variety of bands I have rarely found on other sites. If there was one thing I would 'fault' (for want of a better word) Icon for is that I would like to see a greater range of vests, but I understand that due to the way stock is sourced, it's not always possible and I would rather see ethics taking a front seat than sacrificing them for range.

I am having to return one item due to it being too small but this was entirely my fault and am pleased to see returns are free on exchanges - which I will be doing, for a larger size!

Icon UK definitely have a repeat customer with me.

Since finding Icon UK I have purchased all my daughters Green Day merch from them. Quality is perfect, and prices are great.
Delivery is a little longer than other multi billion corporations, but they always keep you informed as to the reasons and how long to expect. I'd rather wait a little longer than putting money in to greedy multinational corporations pockets !

Patches arrived very quickly and brilliant quality and prices. Will definitely be ordering again!

They did deliver but getting an email to justify why it would take so long to deliver and then saying that they're 'a family business' and that somehow excuses the tardiness is just disappointing. I've used other 'family businesses' and they delivered the next day! Very poor excuse but what kind of made it worse was this email somehow justifying why they're so bad at their job.
Stupid!

Ordered some band bits for my son for Christmas. Appreciated it would have been a busy time.
Communication throughout was really appreciated and the items arrived well before I needed them to.

Looking for a Metallica t-shirt for my nephew, I came across Icon UK by chance — and I’m so glad I did. A genuinely refreshing ethos in a world where many larger companies seem happy to overcharge and treat customers like an inconvenience. Great quality products at very fair prices, topped off with wonderful customer service. This is how online shopping should be.

Really good quality t shirts for a great price, great communication about despatch times etc and a free gift! Highly recommend if you want quality band merch rather than cheaply printed rubbish 10/10.

Ordered a t-shirt, and was out of stock and was advised promptly of this and offered a refund - I decided to wait for the item to get restocked and absolutely glad I did lovely quality t-shirt when it arrived and the customer service was amazing and kept advising me of the time scale of my order - fabulous company

I stumbled upon Icon whilst looking for back patches online. I stayed on the site when I saw what a great selection they had, all at amazing prices. I was looking for a new Ozzy patch and ended up buying 6 different back patches. They checked in with a couple of emails, nice personal touch, and they all arrived well packaged earlier than expected, with a thank you note and a complimentary Sabbath coaster! Will absolutely use again, highly recommend. Also good to support a small family business. Spot on.

I bought alot of tea shirts and hoodies for my boys, Dec 2024 and repeated in Dec 2025. Tom remembered us and wrote a lovely message, I'm sure he messages to all his customers, but this gives them an edge, I feel I want to buy from them.

Fantastic quality clothes and prints, black tea shirts and hoodies stay black, and inline whith their seams wash after wash- they also don't turn the reast of your clothes in your washer black either.

Great quality and I would recomend without a doubt to buy from them.

Great communication, polite and helpful, everything arrived on time via Royal Mail. The clear sizing info on the site was useful. I saw some other good reviews and yup those were absolutely right.
