I ordered bike lights which turned out to be out of stock. I was telephoned by friendly staff and as a result was offered an alternative which arrived in good time.

This company go the extra mile placed an order on Wednesday night thinking I could pay extra for fast delivery as it was my son’s birthday on the Monday that option was not available I called the company Thursday morning explained my situation and delivered in the own van on the Friday so my would have it for his birthday they did not want to risk it on a courier service due to Black Friday

Everyone was really helpful throughout the sale and kept me fully informed of where they were up to with the bike building….first class service too!
