Also called on the office number several times again no one replied.

I've been using Icy for over a decade. Their customer service is extremely fast and the team. Extremely nice and professional folks who know their trade.

Issue with transferring domain
I wanted to transfer the domain to another registrar as it was more suitable for the business. I sent a ticket and its been more than 1 week and no one has replied me yet. Vince, the technician replied to me once and didnt give much information.
I tried to do the transfer myself via nameserver change but the website doesnt allow it. It mentions that we need to contact support. Its been more than 1 week and no one is responding. Reading other reviews, I now understand that when a request doesnt suit them, they choose not to reply. I called their number and no one replied my phone call.
I came to edit my review again as the operator Vince came to assist and with his help. I managed to resolve the issue. As per him, The ticket that I sent got stuck in spam. Within 36hours, My issue was resolved. Thank you VInce
