I was after some luxurious envelopes. I ordered some of their silver foiled ones at 33p each. The order arrived in a sorry state and some of them had marks on the front so asked for a partial refund which they honoured. I then ordered 50 gold foiled ones (they had a return of 1000) and you would have thought that after I had already complained someone in the warehouse would have been extra careful. ALL 50 ENVELOPES came with glue showing through to the front - all this at 33p each. The customer returned the 1000 because they were clearly faulty. After another complain they refunded. The point is when you run a business time is money and it seems they are like a conveyor belt company. NO QUALITY CONTROL whatsoever. Just churn them out. Really unethical!!!!

Absolute 5 star, Ive done 3 small orders just so I knew if what I ordered was the correct size, each time it has been SUPER quick delivery!!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company at all. I ordered different brands of a3 white card to sample. These arrived damaged despite being well packaged (so were obviously in this condition on despatch). I contacted customer service 3 times (with photos) explaining but this was never even acknowledged. No apology; they just kept saying they would send samples? The paper was also packaged altogether with no receipt or indication of the different brands (so this was useless for my purpose of testing paper before ordering in bulk). Very disappointed.

Extremely happy with the service and the extremely fast delivery. Also very very glad they use a reliable courier! Envelopes are packaged securely ensuring they do not get dirty in transit. The parcel packaging is paper as is the inner packaging which keeps the envelopes from creasing.

I also found it really helpful that you can order samples before committing to a large order, and you can offset the cost of the samples on your final order, unlike with some other companies.

Great service. Super easy to order online. Huge selection of envelopes. I found a perfect one to pack our products for Amazon FBA. Delivery with DPD which is always spot on next day.

We have been using IE for a number of years - they are always quick to dispatch and deliver and we have never had an issue with delivery. Today I placed a very rushed order in a panic having realised we were incredibly short on envelopes, and in my haste failed to select a delivery method and instead left it as "Collection". IE took the time to ring me to check if this was correct, as all our order are always delivery. I apologised for causing them more work by needing to chase me and we had a bit of a giggle at me being a dollop. They informed the warehouse that the order was to be delivered, and shortly after I had a dispatch email to say the order was being delivered the next day. Really lovely company and very helpful, even when you didn't realise you needed it. Thanks Guys!

Idealenvelopes.ie was a very easy to navigate, well laid out website. I bought envelopes for delivery in Ireland, and was surprised to see that I had to pay extra duties and taxes on my package before it could be released for delivery. I contacted Ideal Envelopes, and they told me that it is clearly stated that I would have to do so. They also said that if I didn't pay the duties, the cost of returning the package to them would be deducted from a refund. I went back to their website to start the process of buying again, and at no point in the 5 step process of adding to cart etc, does it indicate that they are shipping from the UK. This is an Irish website, with prices in Euro. It is incredibly misleading.

This company is ALWAYS reliable. Good service, quick delivery and excellent quality of goods. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any future purchases.

Good thick coloured card with nice even colour. Was delivered promptly and was well packaged. You can buy different colours separately and you pay per sheet. Good selection and good prices, discounts for bulk purchases, free delivery on larger orders and it was easy to set up a trade account for a further discount too. Easy to use website. Would recommend.

Can’t get better than ideal envelopes! Always high quality products, super fast delivery, and an easy checkout system. Always the first place I check when buying envelopes and packaging materials.
