I had a great experience

I had a great experience, I was sent tracking info right away. When I received the product, hoodie & jogger set, I was extremely happy! The material is great, it’s true to size! I love it!

Awful customer service

I made a purchase through this site, and the item that arrived did not match what was advertised on the site. They will not respond to my emails, even though I've emailed them multiple times. What a scam!!!

Update: It's now been a month and a half since my initial inquiry, and they've finally emailed me back with a similar message as the reply below. What they failed to include below was that they said they're only offering a refund if I update this review to 4 stars or more. This is not only unethical, it's a clear violation of Trustpilot's policies and makes me distrust this business even more!!

I’m really sorry that you had to follow up multiple times. We've been super busy with the influx of inquiries the past couple of weeks and I missed out on your query. But that’s no excuse, and we completely understand your disappointment.

There are instances wherein the product is not a hundred percent identical to the mockups. We do our best to get you the product you are expecting based on the mockups, however, some patterns/ artworks are not very easy to layout on the panels, therefore, a tolerable difference can be expected.

With this, we are granting your request to receive a full refund without the need to return the pair you received. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Put an order in on October 25 still waiting

Put an order in on October 25. It said 3-7 days shipping. It’s December 11 today and still nothing. I’ve already been to the festival I was buying the clothes for. I’m sure the return process will be the same nightmare

It's been now 9th December still not shipped and no updates. They clearly invested a lot in social media marketing and not much else. I would warn anyone not to order from this site as it's not going to arrive in time for your event. I also can't even verify the quality.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order on October 23 for two items that should have taken 5 days to produce. Did not get any shipping confirmation so I emailed them on November 5th. They replied and said my order was close to being finished and would ship soon. Nothing for another 10 days. I sent another two emails requesting a full refund on November 13 after 15 full business days after my order. They sent me a response on the 15th stating my order has already shipped and they cannot cancel the shipment as it has already been sent out. I went to the track your shipment page and hit the tracking number and nothing shows up no information is available and it says we haven’t received any tracking updates which means they haven’t actually shipped anything. It has now been 17 business days since I placed my order and they scammed me out of 245$ do not order from this company. I will be filing a charge back claim with my bank.

Third order!

Third time ordering from them. The vibrancy of the colors are great! The designs are interesting. I keep going back. Compliments come from all around when I'm wearing their shirts. I have a few trippy designs for the festivals as well as some fun holiday ones. The shirt quality is pretty decent. The size charts are your friend! They tend to run large, so check it before ordering. The shirts do take a bit of time to arrive (I gather they are mostly made to order) so plan ahead.

iEDM is a good company

iEDM is a good company. I ordered one set twice by mistake and Joanna worked with me to refund the amount. Also, I ordered a 3rd set for an upcoming festival and timing was tight so she even agreed to change delivery address for me to my hotel! My only suggestion is to give yourself a couple weeks to receive the goods. The quality of the items received has been excellent.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THIEVES!!!

This company is absolutely a let down and a disappointment. I placed an order 13 days ago. I paid for priority shipping as I have a Halloween event in 3 days from today. Priority shipping g should have taken 2-4 days according to the app. It's been 2 weeks. After several emails and no reply,I finally get a reply yesterday only for "Joanna" to give me this totally bogus response
"Hi Walter,

Good day! Your order is on hold for now due to it being flagged by our fraud filter system. With this, we require additional verification as a preventive measure for fraudulent transactions. Would you mind please providing us with an ID that shows your name and billing address?

Customer Service on point

I ordered a hooded blanket from iEdm and knew it would take about 10 days to be made as stated on the site. When I contacted customer service via email because I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time for Lost Lands because the tracking info still said “Order Placed,”they replied quickly and shipped it just in time. I got it in the mail yesterday and just left a few hours ago. 10/10 for customer service. I do wish my hooded blanket was a littleeeee bit thicker, but it’s beautiful and very soft!

Not trustworthy

I purchased 2 clearance items specifically because they were next business day shipping. The purchase was September 1st, it is now September 12th and the items still haven’t shipped. I’ve sent 3 emails. Received one correspondence that they’d get back to me but I haven’t heard anything. I Made sure to purchase these items 3 weeks in advance for an event. The event is the 18th and it doesn’t look like I’ll get them in time. I thought I’d give this company a try despite the other reviews. I guess I should have listened! I’d give zero stars at this point if I could.

Good experience

My experience with iEDM has been great. I received my order within a couple of weeks of ordering. I did reach out to make sure that it was processed and on its way and by the next day I had my tracking number and a date of arrival. I love my outfit( Lost Lands 2024) and can’t wait to wear it!

Since they took my Review down...

Just writing because I notice they somehow got my review taken down?

I placed my order before EDC, but this company has ABYSMAL chain supply issues. Do NOT order unless you can afford to wait 3-4 weeks for your items.

After my original review, they tried bribing me with a $7 refund.

Again, they're somehow getting Trust Pilot to take down reviews so I'll just make sure mine comes back! As long as it takes!

Sorry but a big experience was kinda ruined because of their lack of communication. Customers should know what they're getting into ordering from you.
