Ordered May 14 2025. One week before festival 6/17 I emailed IEDM for an update. Excuses about being overrun with Orders.
Festival is over now. It’s end of June. I email for a refund. I get a response that all orders before 6/14 are going out 7/3. First actual no cut and paste information I’ve got from IEDM. In this response they also mentioned tariffs and maybe moving locations. All information that could have helped me get clothes on time. I would not have ordered from them. IEDM LIES BECAUSE THIER SHIPPING TIMES ARE REALLY 30-60 days. Stay FAR away and let your friends know.
For what it’s worth, they offered 35% off order and a $25 gift card to be evaporated into their company as shipping and delay costs.

After about 3 months of working with iEDM, I got my refund so I have updated to a 4 star review due to them resolving the issue. Part of the issue was that I did a failed charge back due to not hearing back from iEDM for several weeks and after multiple emails and so the refund took extra time to go through.

They stole $200 from me. They only delivered one item that I had not ordered when I ordered 9 other items. I reached out to them twice via email, and they ignored my emails, and you can only leave a voicemail.
High Quality Tanks
The tanks that I ordered were outstanding in terms of their quality. Highly recommend them.

I ordered two tanks in April for EDC at the end of May. I heard nothing from them for weeks. Finally I reached out to support, they said they had delays due to tariff issues but could ensure my order was delivered to my hotel in time for the event and would offer me credit for next time. I replied, sure that sounds great. Silence.
I come back from the event and email again, they said it was already delivered (and suspiciously update the delivery info on the order at the same time they reply to me). It arrived while we were out of town for EDC.
Naturally since I couldn’t even use it for the event I bought it for, I wanted to return it. It took 4 emails just to get them to agree to take it back. They would only offer me a credit if I didn’t return it (so I never got the credit they offered for my very late order). I mail it at my own expense, then wait another 2 weeks.
Shocker, no refund even though the return was delivered to them. Email -yet again- asking where my refund is. Silence.
So had to file a chargeback anyway after all this.
Even if I hadn’t been put through all of this, the quality was low. The tanks don’t even have their company name on the tag, they’re clearly just drop shipping. Don’t waste any money or time with this company. I’ve never been through a more painful online order in my life.

Insanely dope designs
I bought this dope lounge shit, with a really great design from them. The quality was super high-end. I received it on time with no issues. Can't wait to buy more stuff from iedm this summer.
Update still no clothes
Update , it is now June 23, June 10th was the 2 month mark. They have since said that there was an emergency move from the manufacturer but they were supposed to be up and running again and here we are still no clothes .

Ordered quite a few things and everything exceeded expectations. Nice fabric, vibrant prints and good sizing. I reached out to find out about expected ship date and the rep was not only helpful in providing timeline but also talked over care instructions with me. Have and will purchase again!

such a scummy business. their "Customer service rep" is just a bot who tries to offer a discount for the order due to their high volume problem and did not acknowledge my request for a refund when the order was taking too long to be ready. You are expected to order your package with 3 months in advance instead of whenever they said it would be ready on the website
Disappointing would be an Understatement
Disappointing would be an understatement. I ordered from here 48 days ahead of when I needed the product. They stated 10 days of production. 25 days after ordering it still hadn't shipped. I emailed them, no response. Emailed again on the 30th day, no response. On the 35 day I emailed them saying if this product doesn't arrive in the next 10 days they can cancel my order and simply refund since it took too long to fulfill, no response. They finally shipped my order on the 44th day and that was a week and a half ago and I still haven't received the product. No shipping info either. If I return the product they failed to deliver in time they charge a fee. Currently going through a dispute with my bank. iEDM, you're trash. Thanks for making me put in all this effort to correct your mistake.
Items never received
We ordered 8 items. They took too long to ship, reached out to us offering a $50 credit to not cancel order. Our full order and credit never arrived. We are still missing things. Its been 2 months. I've reached out through email, phone and Facebook only to get no response. Terrible company to order from.

UPDATE: The company has reached out and has given me a refund. This issue has been resolved.
I would give no stars if I could. Ordered 6 items mid April, got 2 items late May. It’s now almost mid June and I haven’t received the rest. They are not responding to my emails and won’t let me return my items or help me with the process. What kind of business doesn’t respond to customer complaints or emails? Poorly ran.
Stay very far away from this "company"!
Learn your lessons from me and all the other low ratings. This was awful from beginning to end. Ordered items May 7th for a concert June 25th. Kept getting the run-around by "Joanna", their customer support spokesperson. She kept giving vague responses on the timeline of the order, slow and/or no response until I left a poor review on here.
I changed my review after she provided a $50 gift card from the first support contact. Support continued to be slow, so I changed it back to a 1 star. I ended up having to charge a dispute on my credit card. Almost 3 months later, the items finally arrive (much later than needed) and Joanna sent in 'proof' of delivery. So now I have to go back to my credit card company to see if I can get my money back.
The quality of the items seem okay, but definitely not worth this hassle or price. I will be going elsewhere which is more reputable next time. I have never dealt with such of a headache for purchasing some clothes and hope this review can help prevent others from doing the same.
Fantastic products
Their products are fantastic. No one can say otherwise. The designs are awesome and the material is as well. I did have to exchange what I got for a different size. They also let you exchange for different styles if you want. The company has been more than understanding. You do have to pay for shipping back and it's pricey. My only complaint with the company is that you have to send them a reship fee. But even then that's not a big deal.
Company seems to purposely not send all there items
I ordered 3 things only received 1 of them but all the items are said to have been delivered, I even purchased the package protection by savedby, and they are saying because it appears the seller didn’t send the items at all they won’t replace or refund me because it didn’t happen “in transit”, not like you can prove that because the company is trying to say I should have them, so even the package protection is feeling like a scam to me, they sent the bare minimum so it could count as delivered. The support lines respond somewhat at first and then go silent, after saying they will look into it then weeks go by and nothing, I just want them to send me the clothes I ordered but I suppose that’s too much to ask for, I’m still waiting on an answer from them to see what they say about the package protection saying they need to do it, even bought the extra add on to make sure I got it, but nope, crazy and scammy experience all the way around, I might change my mind if they actually get back to me and send what’s missing but, unlikely.
Update I was able to get saved by to replace the items, thanks!

Missing items from order, have packing slip with proof, they don't respond other than with AI messages that make zero sense.
Don't expect to get help. Do expect to just hope your order arrives and has the items, because if they don't, you will never receive any help, ever, even after MONTHS.
