Professional but informal after a ten minute chat I was set up with a financial adviser. Really easy and friendly.

Initial phone call from Kye friendly but 4 days later no further contact from anyone

Following on from this review. I am happy to say that Kya put me in touch with David telephoned me and arranged to vist me the following day. David was friendly, and helpful. He came to see me and put me at ease. He has since kept me informed about how things are progressing. Now awaiting further information.

Didn't find me a Financial advisor no reason why & now just getting emails saying they can help me with my finances. Waste of time.Reading reply below they say they found me a financial advisor but he's been finding it difficult to get in touch with me I don't think that sounds plausible as they have my email & phone not been contacted on either

The booking process over two sessions was thorough and personable . The advisor I then met with online was very thorough , knowledgable and personable. I came away feeling empowered and knowledgable about my situation . Would definitely recommend .

The commucation I received from my initial enquiry was excellent. Luke talked me through the process and next steps and I was quickly assigned to a FC who helped me more with my pension than I’ve received from anyone else over the last few years

I was contacted within an hour or so and the following day, after a discussion with Luke to explain what I needed, I was quickly put in touch the same day with a financial advisor. Unfortunately that coincided with some life stuff and I've had to put things on hold for now. Certainly no complaints about the speed and the pleasant chat with Luke and the financial advisor.
