We were unable to buy Sinclair Jalapeno & Lime sauce in any supermarket. We ordered it online from Innovative Food Ingredients.The order was processed quickly and we received it after the Christmas break. It's a great, unique product.

It is too early to comment on my order received today, but as this is a repeat of a product I've been using for a long time, I have to say that I am well satisfied with it! I have tried making Madras Curry Sauce with many different source products, but have found this product to give me the closest thing I can find for providing an authentic Madras Sauce as I would enjoy in an Indian Restaurant.
