I initially went to another place to fix a software issue, but they took my computer for 2 days and gave it back to me with a broken battery... I went to iFix NZ on Symonds Street to replace the battery and I am so grateful they are literally life savers. The team is extremely friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely know what they're talking about. When I came in they were supposed to be closed for the day, but they still took the time to replace my battery. They did everything where I could see what was happening and also replaced some missing screws from my computer for free! They triple checked everything to make sure the battery was actually the problem and to make sure it was 100% fixed, I also got a 3 month warranty that fully covers the new battery for free. When I went to pay the initial price was nearly $300, which I was more than happy to pay, but they said it was too much and gave me a 10% discount because it was an old computer. iFix has such a lovely team that know exactly what they're doing. Could not ask for better service, I highly recommend them!!!

The team and Ron at ITFix are extremely welcoming and seem professional initially when I visited this July.

Having had great service from Apple techs in Parnell and an amazing company in Takapuna. I would rate it as 2/10.

Very simply, i-Fix at 179 Symonds Street overpromises under underdelivers.

I paid for 1.5 hours to transfer data from an iPhone, and to do a malware scan and software installation.

The scan was not done. There is one folder of 1500 photos imported. over. No malware scanned in, despite when I asked as I paid, I was told verbally it was done.

The second job @$80 to wipe my iPad as I was locked. Result was a still locked ipad.

Ron and the iFix team helped me get my laptop back on track, I found them very professional and friendly to deal with, and have no problems recommending them for all your coputer and phone fixs.

Ron is friendly and has great customer service, a natural people’s person. Had battery and port replaced in a timely manner, fast efficient service and to top it off, Afterpay accepted in store. Will be my go to for all my iPhone repairs.

Grate customer service and a good price. Will be back next time my screen needs replacing.
