the game is dying (worse customer service experience)…

I played the game for 900+ days and invested a lot of real money but I am very disappointed and in my opinion, the game is dying, the experience gets worse and the customer service is never helpful.
1. The game is always lagging, frequent disconnections and reconnections which cause lots of issues during the war event or when buying expensive stuff in store - I reported many times that when screen is frozen it comes back with random clicks and purchasing unwanted items but customer service never offered a solution for this bad experience, instead, they told is the player mistake to hundred thousands of players.
2. After upgrading the shelter to level 25, we have plenty of useless items in our bag (+unwanted heroes and fragments, buffs, + energy cores from S tier heroes) and we want the option to trade-in in the region or to exchange in store for stuff we need
3. Everything is expensiveness, too many events weekly where you just need to spend money to win, this is not fun - we are no longer enjoying the game, and log-in just for obligation to keep competing but this will end very soon.
4. The matching in events strategy is unclear, unfair and unbalanced. In all AR/IR/GW and TC/Monopoly/Wasteland/etc.
5. You need to put limitations on strong players who are invading servers to kill new alliances for taking the region President and Marshal buffs.
6. Too many events and new stuff weekly - you need to focus on giving us quality and maintain the balance in the game + improve your customer service, people just can't read our reports since in 24 hours the reply we get is awful, never a solution with goodwill rewards is offered but always is an answer like "no abnormalities were found or player's mistake be careful" this is too bad.
7. IGG never listens to our community, reports and complaints, we don't see any improvements sol, the game experience is very much frustrating.
9. The way how the heroes are displayed is bad, we need to see only the ones we actively use and see the linked/most used assistant also, to be able to quickly exchange armaments/beasts/etc. or leader/assistant in the deployed squad.
10. The algorithms in events like roulette is a scam, the probability doesn't work as it should, there is nothing about luck, you have hidden (codes) to spend more and to achieve the top reward only after getting all other medium rewards.
11. We don't feel that we get the product and service we wanted for the money we pay, in this case, we will request all money we spent to be refunded as we refuse to use such a bad product and attitude from IGG - we have evidence to go to the court and demonstrate that this game is a scam.

You'll need lots of money or lots of patience

I have been playing for a little over 2 years. The game starts out fun and inexpensive but the more you play, the more you have to pay. But when there is a problem, IGG just doesn't care! If you're in a battle and their game glitches because the update was full of bugs causing you to lose a lot, too bad for you. They will give you some worthless items "to compensate" but you'll have to spend big bucks if you want back what you lost. And matching for events? It's supposed to be making the competition even right? Lol Nope, it's rewarding the players who spend a ton matching them to opponents who are weaker and have no way of winning unless they too want to spend big bucks to buy strength. So, if you want to win, be prepared to throw away tons of money and don't mind next to zero support. Or have a ton of patience, play for fun, and don't expect to win and forget about any help if you have problems. This last problem has been ongoing for over 3 days and I have lost a lot of my troops and resources because of the bugs in their last update. To "compensate", I was given items that are completely useless for regrowth and aren't worth anything. They just don't care!

IGG Ignored My Hacked Account — No Compensation, No Replies

I lost access to my Lords Mobile account (ID: 1951228247), followed every IGG step to recover it, submitted all required proof, and reported everything properly.

IGG admitted data was lost, refused to restore my progress, and repeatedly ignored my request for equivalent compensation — speedups, gems, or anything useful. Instead, they send cold, copy-paste replies with no real answers.

What’s worse: they haven’t replied to a single Trustpilot review, including mine — so they clearly don’t care how their reputation looks or how players are treated.

I’ve spent time, effort, and money in this game. IGG has rewarded that with silence and disrespect.

I will be sharing this experience on Reddit, Discord, Google Play, and filing a formal complaint to UK Trading Standards.

If you’re thinking of playing or paying: don’t. If you lose progress, you will get no help.

I'm so upset with this provider

I'm so upset with this provider. They closed Rage of destiny game after I've spent hundreds of dollars on warriors. I've played this game for over 2 years and now all of a sudden they close it? Why? Has greed consumed your hearts so bad? I think so because these reviews are horrendous and fully explains your conduct. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have a account on doomsday last survivor game and I called apple to cancel subscription charges and because I changed my mind on it ,the charge of 19.99 grow funds .so I call apple iTunes to cancel this subscription and they didn’t refund me the money .So I called my credit card to cancel this subscription chargers ,of 19.99 .I contact you Igg online chat and I notice they Locked my account . They Wouldn’t unlock it .I have the right to cancel subscription change .you customer service should asked me before .they locked my account .They didn’t even email me? Before they locked my accounts .you company is so big and for this 19.99 charges and locked my account .I am to look for supplies supervisor, to solve this problem and they are giving A supervisor .tonight I know .they’re still deleting my and banned me from their .I would not recommend anyone to play IGG.com games .

Pay to win game company

Pay to win game company, that dont care if people have problems in game.
Server lag, super expensive, and if in problems, you get same answer from customer service. (we are sorry for your experience, there was no abnormality)
NEVER play games from this company, its a rip off.
They just take your money and let you HANG.

my IGG recommendation

reoccurring game issues that are never solved. just irrelevant customer email replies which promise but never deliver while asking for enormous amounts of cash to be able to play their game. my recommendation is to NEVER GET INVOLVED WITH THEIR GAMES. NEVER! find a proper game if you are bored.

IGG is the worst at customer service. LIARS!!!

I had to factory reset my phone. I could've sworn Doomsday Last Survivors was linked but they said it is setting in guest mode. The account was only 3 days old and I gave them coords to the account and alliance name my ip date it was created. even took screenshots of the account before I lost it and showed them. they keep telling me 1-3 business days every time I talk to another rep. they all keep saying check your email. so glad I didn't spend any money on their game with customer support so horrible. last time I got a hold of them, I told them to unlink my Gmail from any account and I was done with their sorry ***.

My account was stolen

My account was stolen. IGG support refuses to understand my problem. After 40+ emails with their customer service with all the information requested. The supervisors say they will look into it.....and then they have a rep respond with the same response as before the supervisor... theres a huge disconnect in their customer service department... they will not let you speak to a manager.. they protect the thiefs who steak your accounts.... the theif accessed the account ( CapDanCanada) changed the login information, and made a purchase... they now want me to provide the theifs purchase detail which is impossible. They refuse to look at previous account history to verify what im saying. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"USED" to be a good game

Game used to be a good game long time ago, and thing start to turn south drastically lately. Feedback from players has zero weight, nothing has changed in a better way.

Society is ABSOLUTELY TOXIC and Player Welfare is THE LEAST CONCERN from IGG. Bots, Hacks, Illegal Account and Resources Trading, Third Party Modded App, Player Harassment, Vulgarity, Violence Obsession, etc. are everyday life commodities, and NEVER happened that Penalty was forced upon Wrongdoers even with a Concrete Evidence NOR the HELP EVER been given to the Victims.

The only new things added to the game are event that were well calculated to REAP the MOST BENEFITS from players. From month to year ago, best rewards from events could be achieved by time and effort, to a COMPLETELY RANDOM rewards with ABYSMAL drop rate, and even worst, newer event not only random least rewards but also add some completely useless items in it. From time and effort for guaranteed best rewards; nowadays, spending MASSIVE CASH not even guaranteed the best rewards as most event involved RANDOM BOX which has ABYSMAL drop rate of items required for each event and most of them are CASH ONLY!

The Concrete Evidence is from the "How to Train Your Dragon" collaboration event, which show the number of people who successfully complete the puzzles, and only 80K out of 10M+ manage to pull the Middle Piece from rigged random drop rate. And the worst, the main event, which also involved puzzles again, NO ONE completed the best reward puzzle due to the ABYSMAL drop rate rigged by their greed.

The developers really don't care

This game can be fun. You can spend a lot on it. It is addictive and the friends you make are great. However it is riddled with glitches and problems. When complaining about a problem due to IGG, they will appear helpful. They will review the issue. What they will not do is help you with anything that went wrong due to their issues. I used to spend money on this game. Not anymore. I play quite a few games, but have never experienced any where near the number of problems as this game. There will be times you can not log in unless you delete the game and reinstall it. It is extremely difficult to support such a greedy, money hungry business such as IGG. Having played for almost 2 years it's just not as fun. Mainly due to the lack of support from the developers.

I want to report a web site crime
Those 4 last year's I lost my account on one of your game
After all of this time before 3days I finally spoke with the costumers
The guarantee to give my account back in 1-3 working days
1st day was Wednesday
2nd was Tuesday
And 3rd it's today Friday
I spoke with them and they told me that they are sorry but they can keep their guarantee period
According I have ss that proves they can give my account in a second
I'm reporting this cause I'm peaceful of
Do your job right cause if you don't someone will report you in other level

Customer support saves the day

I'm close to giving 3 stars only but their customer service gets the 4th star. They send me the wrong item the first time and I had to pay import fees to get the item I ordered (not IGG's responsibility). Contacted customer service and they replied a day after which is expected. I thank their customer service for being polite and helpful. They then send me the correct item I ordered but I had to pay import fees again unfortunately. They send me the correct item without me having to pay anything and I got to keep the wrong item as well.
