3rd time that we have used Ignite for gas appliance servicing. Ian arrived on time and was courteous, helpful and totally professional throughout. Sensibly priced too. Won't go anywhere else.

Had a problem with my control unit so phoned Ignite on Monday 30 March and Alan came came out on Tuesday and solve the problem. Excellent company to deal with.

Heater and toilet flush
Had a water heater fitted January and recently a problem with the flush in my toilet When contacting them it was nice to speak to a human for a change Pleased with both jobs I will certainly use them again when needed I highly recommend them Jacqui

Replacement radiators supplied & installed
Ignite replaced all our radiators and our house is now much warmer. Ian did an excellent job and was very clean and tidy. Outstanding work and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Was paid in full. Walked out on job. Was very abusive threatening to send his girl friend to the door. Did not return any money. Woman on her own. Lied to me to get the job. This is a true review. Got no paper work or boiler book. Other Perth engineers got me what ai needed and finished his work.

I used ignite plumbing for the first…
I used ignite plumbing for the first time in june last year. I recently had a burst pipe in my attic and I called them again, Ian (the same guy as before) came the next morning. He was as good as before and couldn't have been more helpful, and also very knowledgeable and competent at his job. I don't leave a lot of reviews but felt I had to with this company. I genuinely thoroughly recommend them, don't hesitate to contact them. You will find it hard to beat their prices and honesty.

Remarkably quick and courteous boiler assistance! After our usual service providers failed to respond to our calls, Ignite Plumbing Services came to our rescue and handled our annual boiler maintenance. We'll certainly choose them again!

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and good value for money
We have had a problem with a faulty boiler for 3 years. Other companies have tried to fix it but failed to find the fault. Ian quickly identified the fault and fixed it. We were so pleased we asked Ignite to look at the hot water tank and flush the system. This has resulted in every radiator in the house being fully functional and a much more efficient and quieter hot water tank. Ian is a fantastic guy - really friendly. He explained exactly what he was doing; he advised us when he would be arriving in advance. He is very professional. This company are professional and good value for money. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Had a minor problem with my new boiler. Informed Ignite yesterday 5th January and Ian solved the problem today 6th January. What is most pleasing is the alerts I got telling me when Ian was arriving. First class.
