Transatlantic move after finishing studies.
As a person in their mid 20’s finishing up studies in London my resources were limited, but the service at Ignite was nice and attentive, Emma helped me a lot since day one. I needed an efficient transatlantic move from the UK to the US, very last minute a few weeks before Christmas, with an affordable price + payment plan and all without me being outside the UK. After consulting different relocation agencies, Ignite was the one who best fit my needs. If I move countries again I would ask for their help.

The best experience from start to finish. Excellent communication at all points, prompt and organised pickup, tracking provided for shipping, and shipping arrived early.
Easily arranged extended storage at the destination also when we weren't yet ready to receive. Highly recommend!

The best in the business
I cannot recommend the team at Ignite more. Moving countries can be stressful and they just make it that much easier. I started working with Josh, who was amazing. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the whole process. I was then handed over to Louise who was simply amazing. Louise has the patience of a saint, she is kind and extremelly professional. Louise communication is second to none and talked us through the journey from removal and packing in the UK to storaging and delivering in South Africa.
The team at Ignite provide a workclass service. I cannot recomment them more.

What a great service! I moved some furniture from England to the USA with ignite relocations and from start to fish they did an excellent job.
Josh and Emma were delightful to talk to, very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way from collection, through Customs, all the way to delivery at my doorstep. I would highly recommend them.

Ignite were fantastic. The removal was very swift and professional, staff were friendly and always got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions. Right from our first contact with…
Right from our first contact with Ignite they were fantastic. We were moving from the Highlands of Scotland to Outback Australia. A big change and stressful. But through the whole process Emma and her team were professional and put us at ease. Always responding to our questions quickly and nothing was too much hassle for them. They kept us informed and updated right through the process to the point of all our gear getting shipped in England, arriving in Sydney, going through Australian customs and, eventually the removal truck arriving at the door of our new home. Highly recommended!

My move was from the UK to USA i made contact with Ignite 3 months prior to the move date and spoke with Josh who was super knowledgeable and helpful. I then got moved to Diana and Emma to finish the process and both were fantastic going above and beyond to try and find solutions for me due to the tricky timings of the Christmas shipping. Everything was perfectly prepared and no issues with any paperwork.
