Scam Chinese seller!
Bought a smart watch from them. It was not the one advertised and was faulty anyway. They ignored my request to return it for a refund. Opened case with PayPal who found in my favour and issued me a refund.

Ordered a watch advertised on YouTube
Ordered a watch advertised on YouTube, the watch they send was far different and of lesser quality than the one advertised and the one I picked on my order, the YouTube advertising is deceitful, they are actually using a Huawei GT3 Pro on the advert and not the Laxafit GT4 Pro they send you, the two watches looks completely different,the latter is of very poor quality compared to what you see on the advert.

The laser welder advertised in their video to weld a huge number of metals is not a laser but a simple soft solder soldering iron. This will only solder small objects like printed circuit board circuits, and small objects, nothing more.

Ordered a watch not the same quality as advertised
Ordered a watch as shown on tv not the same without adjustments in the metal strap with adjusters and no help with app advertised, they don’t answer emails. I wouldn’t trust igloo company to return watch especially from houndslow,middlesex wouldn’t get money back, seen reviews to confirm!
