Scammed do not buy this

Did not even receive my product after many attempts to get in contact. Do not purchase from this company BIG SCAM

If I could give them no stars I would! I was very excited to put in an order, as I wanted to give my partner a unique Christmas present, but I have been waiting a month since placing my order and have sent 3 emails asking what is going on, and tried calling them too, but won’t go through. I am extremely disappointed about this and wouldn’t recommend them at all! Complete waste of money, and I will probably never get a refund for it either. I had to actually go and buy another gift for my partner’s Christmas present. Disgusted with their communication. And after reading a few more reviews, I see I’m not the only one who has had this experience with igottoned. 👎🏻

Took a bit longer than the 2-5 day suggested turnaround, I received my order about a week and a bit after I placed it. Emailed to see what was going on and I received my order within a day of emailing. It was exactly what I asked for, down to the specific clothing requests. It looks awesome and has made for a terrific gift. If you need to email, use the igottooned gmail account on here rather than the email address provided.

They provided me with updates and let me know they are experiencing delays. They are not a scam. My boyfriend is going to love the pick. They did not get the shoe colour correct however that is okay because I understand they are experiencing lots and lots of orders. thank you so much sarah for keeping me updated. Writing this review in hopes that I will get a reply… I’ve emailed 3 times in regards to an order I should of received weeks ago, and no reply… I bought this for a Xmas gift and it looks like I won’t be getting it before then!

Would not recommend! Emails are not being delivered and only received a reply after commenting on an Instagram post. Got an email stating there had been a software bug that wouldn’t allow them to open my images. Hadn’t heard anything from them prior to this to ask for the images resending. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t recommend. I tried multiple times to contact them about where the design was. I got no response until I commented on an Insta photo.
The first design it’s self was nothing why I asked. Zero details in the face or clothes and the heads where so tiny it looked like a joke.
Emailed them back saying not good enough asking for a revised version. Took way longer then the advised 48 hour time frame. Multiple follow ups again and finally got the design.
It’s not great but I couldn’t be bothered waiting another 2 weeks to get it fixed.
Not even worth the money or time.
Clearly this is a rip off from another company.

Absolutely no response or emails back from the company. Missed major details such as the colours of the shirts, the names of the people were around the wrong way and no care has gone into the product. Was overcharged as well. Very unhappy, and looking for a refund but they have stopped responding to me completely. Poor behaviour and customer service skills.

There were a lot of issues with the processing of the order so a 3-5 day copy turned to three weeks. Came out amazing though and exactly how I wanted

Review is 0 stars. This company is a scam. I ordered a portrait a month ago and have gone back and fourth with ‘Sarah’ about where the portrait is. I don’t believe it’s coming and beware yours probably isn’t either.

Absolutely HORRIBLE !! I placed my order on November 24th, if is now December 15th and Ive not received an email with my picture. Ive emailed the store 5 times now asking about my order and explaining to them its meant to be a christmas gift with no response from everyone. Absolutely disgusted with this store will not be back - still waiting on a reply from any of the emails I have sent.
