I'm sorry you're not pleased with your results thus far. However, as you've only been using the iGrow for about a month it's a little early to know how well it can work for you. Remember that all viable hair loss treatments require at least 4-6 months to see real improvement, and the iGrow is no exception.
On our website you'll notice our Satisfaction Guarantee asks that you use the iGrow for a full six months to evaluate and, if you're not satisfied with it, you can call us to arrange a return and refund (minus restocking fee).
