I was trying to donate for the shep in water and the page at the end would not load. You may be missing lots of donations.

I have ordered a few times from this company and have always been completely satisfied with what I've gotten the quality the price. I had some billing issues which may have been partially my fault for the confusion. They rapidly responded more than once to my emails and we got everything resolved. I don't know personally what percentage of donations goes directly to rescues, but I do know that you have to spend money to make money when you're in business being in business myself. The more money they make the more money they are able to put towards the cause. I guess if you're not happy that they are a for-profit organization such as Petco and PetSmart that also do good work then maybe try supporting nonprofit or not for profit organizations you might be happier. 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a sweatshirt from iheartDogs.com and a couple other items. I have to tell you I do not think i am going to get sweatshirts from any other place. Quality, Sizing... WONDERFULL

Only 20% of your donation goes to the charity. They are a for-profit company making money off of your donations. That is awful!

I have ordered and donated many times. Their items are cute and good quality. These people really care about dogs. I worry about my donations going to help the dogs with other charities, but not with this one. They truly are here for the dogs!

The products I got from iHeartDogs was top quality. I had no issues of any kind. What I want to say most here is that this site is about saving DOGS!!! If I didn't think they were, I wouldn't give them the time of day! They work on behalf of homeless dogs! I'm so grateful to them! They advocate and educate. I can't say enough good about them for the work they do!

I placed an order 5 days ago. Nothing has been sent to USPS to be delivered. No one responses to my email. The customer service link no longer exists. I'm pretty sure this is a SCAM at this point. CORRECTION, I did receive an AI response but no real additional information . . . just to be patient.

I've NEVER had negative experience with the products NOR the company!
What people don't understand is, NOT EVERY DOG will RESPOND the same way to products for itching, etc...
JUST LIKE PEOPLE....we do NOT Everyone responds to Medications the same!
This is where STUPID PEOPLE LIKE IN THE BAD REVIEWS ARE at FAULT!!

I have ordered multiple times. I always received my orders exactly as described and on time. It really helps to know that donations are going to homeless dogs. I've recommended this sight to friends.

I cannot imagine why EVERY dog needs over £3500 raised, every time. There is something suspicious here in my opinion. People being fleeced

I purchased your allergy & Itch relief soft chews on 11-12 2024. I have a pit bull who is currently taking 16mg of Apoquel daily. After reading the reviews of other dog owners I thought this may be helpful for my adult dog Stella. Her Itching became worse and she got red spots on her belly after the first week of use. She didn't like the taste. I continued use and finished the first container. The redness went away but the itching has continued. I have seen no relief. I would like to receive a full refund which was advertised when I purchased the product. I called the phone number on my bank statement no one answered. Finally I looked up Iheartdogs.com and found this site. My name is Doreen Pirronello please email me a phone number that I can reach a live person so my bank can recoup my money.

I had a great experience ordering apparel. It came quickly, good quality, and as ordered. I plan to order more for the holidays and help out the doggos!

What went wrong? I can't find the balance of my order and of course their customer service doesn't seem to exist. I sent an email, left a voice mail, and tried chatting but no one responds

I bought the itch and allergy relief for my 11-year-old blue staffy the first 2 months the stuff seem to work great in the last month she has had two outbreak of hives the itching back and she's having yeast problems again I need to up the dose I give her three a day she's a 70 lb dog after a while does their body get used to this and might need to change to something else anybody else having the same results cuz somebody maybe give me some idea the veterinarian wanted to treat it with chemical stuff which I'm really not fond of zymox and I went with this instead again for the first two months it'll work exactly as I said it would in the last month she's had two terrible outbreaks

Never received product. Playing games with back and forth emails. This company is SCAM. Read reviews about this company before considering purchase. Items are from China and people have had issue with their dogs from their products!

I had received a magnetic decal that was bent and creased in the middle. After my initial review, iHeart dog staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They stayed in touch with me through the entire replacement process. I am so impressed!! I’ve not seen this level of customer care in years!

Read about your Allergy and Itch oral med. Sprays and lotions haven’t helped their miserable scratching so I ordered.
ONLY TWO DAYS LATER NO MORE SCRATCHING!!! Am so pleased!I’ve been spreading the word through our neighborhood Nextdoor community web page.
