Our name IKIGAAI was inspired by a Japanese philosophy of “ikigai”. Ikigai helps us find our reason for being by finding the meeting point of 4 elements- what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs and what you can be paid for. We are living our own ikigai, and through this philosophy, we wish to empower everyone we come across in our lives to lead an intentional life of meaning and impact. We design, develop and supply authentically handcrafted clothing, fashion accessories and homewares that create impact for artisans and women in the Himalayan region. During our product creation process, we blend 4 ethos in our own unique way- natural functional materials, timeless Scandinavian design, Japanese philosophy and Himalayan craftsmanship. IKIGAAI believes by enabling everyone to realise their purpose and lead mindful lives, we can create empowered, inclusive, and harmonious societies. Welcome to the IKIGAAI family. Eine fantastische Marke mit großartigem Produkterlebnis, geführt von wirklich großartigen Gründern.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und geduldig bei der Präsentation ihrer Produkte, Materialien und ihrer Geschichte. Trotz des großen Andrangs auf der Designmesse konnte sich die Marke mit ihrer Philosophie und ihrem Lebensstil, der ein achtsames Leben fördert, gut präsentieren.

Wir haben uns eine wunderschöne Hygge decke mit gesrickte rand für unser Ledersofa und außerdem eine kleidung namens Morphe aus 100 % Kaschmir gekauft, die wir sehr oft benutzen. Sie ist so kuschelig, hochwertig verarbeitet und fühlt sich wunderbar weich an. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Kauf und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Amazing products and concept

I was looking for a new scarf and was more than happy to have found ikigaai, i touched their products and already knew that this is going to be it.

learning more about the story behind it and its founder just made me fall in love with it even more, ended up buying more than one product and I am more than happy with them

wishing all the best for this company and all the people involved from the animals to the end consumer

Highly recommend

Met them at a Designer fair and afterwards bought the most amazing poncho online from them. Really love it and the service has been amazing. Really kind people behind the company doing the extra effort for their customers!☺️ Can only recommend.
