I had a wonderful experience with Ikkivi. The entire experience was exceptional. Before shipping, the team personally confirmed my measurements, ensuring a perfect fit and care for customer satisfaction. One thing to note is that the models may be wearing a baggier fit, and I liked that draping quality, so depending on how you want your item to fit perhaps confirm what your sizing should be. I ordered a pair of the indigo pants, they are very well made, you can feel that the craftsmanship is hand-done and it is high-quality fabric that feels both durable and comfortable. The rich indigo color is exactly as pictured. It’s clear that great attention to detail goes into their products, these will be a staple for me. I will definitely be ordering more items and recommend them.

I chose the Saku Yoke Dress from IKKIVI, destined to be my wedding dress. My height and weight required a custom make and I could not be happier with the final piece. Chaitanya and her gorgeous team and the designer were in constant communication with me, ensuring the dress was absolutely perfect. And it is! It is unbelievably perfect, it fits me like a glove. The design and care that has gone into my chosen piece is outstanding. From the hand stitching and embroidery, to the extra length and overall beauty of my dress.

I gasped as I opened my parcel, it was stunningly packaged, with handwritten notes from the maker and IKKIVI, and even tiny silk roses (made from off cuts of the dress fabric) for my fiancé to wear.

My heart goes out to the whole team who made my dreams come true, an absolutely incredible effort from all involved.

I cannot wait to wear it on my special day.

For anyone wanting to custom order a piece from IKKIVI, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am very happy with the purchases I made from IKKIVI, they are well done, fit me perfectly, and when I needed a little alteration on a follow-up order, they did it effortlessly.

IKKIVI has just arrived in Australia, and as someone who prefers ethical and sustainable fashion, I was so excited to discover them... My verdict: Excellent - lovely fabrics, beautifully made clothes, true to size, and delivered on time - excellent service. I've also made one return, which was processed without any hassle at all in the expected timeframe - the bonus was lovely customer service from the IKKIVI staff. Do note though, this is not fast fashion, and while the delivery times they advertise may be slower than you normally expect, they are definitely worth it!
