The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to ask about my skin. There was no rush and I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and my skin looked fresher and more hydrated straight afterwards!
What I appreciated most was that there was no hard sell on products or extra treatments. Just felt like professional care from people who know what their doing. I've already recommended it to a friend and will book again)

Our 13 year old twin daughters begged to see NYC for Christmas .

We had a lovely time at the Lotte Palace , beautiful and definitely felt the Christmas spirit.

A mixed up with room categories and American Express benefits quickly resolved so we understood.

I decided to take my daughters to the ila Spa to experience a morning of pampering,and enjoy a lovely spa day that I've done several times in my life and I got them so excited, but it was nothing how I explained to them.
The receptionist was rude and made us feel anything but pampered or welcoming. We felt uncomfortable and almost mistreated.
They told me when I made the reservations my girls would be kept together through their entire experience which they did not do , they were separated and felt nervous and anxious and unsure of their surroundings.
We asked for a cup of tea, and they told us we could only have it after our treatment, also asked for some fruit or granola, and they told us we would have that after the treatment as well, never in my life of entering a spa was I treated this way that we felt so awkward by asking for tea . After treatment they were rude to my daughters and we waited for the fruit and after 20 minutes I asked the receptionist and she said we couldn't have any because they were saving it for their guests coming the next day .
This is totally unacceptable and I have never been so mistreated at a spa

The saddest part of this entire experience was that the Ila spa completely ruined every bit of my girls first experience and left them with a horrible memory

There aesthetician didn't try and ask them what they wanted , they felt nervous and there was no pampering from beginning to end for them

I want to add that my massage was very good and she did a great job finding where I needed help with relief.

But must again say in all my life I was never treated this way at a spa

My husband tried to call and explain and they later left us a message that if we want the fruit we can go back tomorrow for it . Is this the service you strive for at a hotel of your caliber?

I never go out of my way to give negative feedback but will definitely find all platforms to do exactly that

This all comes from a heavy heart that this has stayed on our minds today as we tried to enjoy our last day in NYC

Gone bust owing £10's thousands to suppliers

I ordered a top for NYE, 10 days prior the date. 3 weeks later I still haven’t received anything..
The customer service is almost nonexistent.
I am very disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving my order as the garment look very good!!

Ever since I a dear friend of mine sent me an
Ila Spa gift box filled with the most lovely fragranced organic products I have been hooked and reorded.

With my last order I had a malfunctioning pump nozzle on one of the items .I notifyed the customer services and received back a very kind apologetic reply and within in days I had a replacement sent to me .

A company with first class customer services and equally superior quality products that I can highly recommend!

Amazing products with excellent ingredients coupled with fast delivery (even to Russia), ready-to-help support and a small present from the company in each order. I am in love with the products from the first week of use. My cosmetologist hates me a little since I have started to use Ila products.
My favorites are day cream for glowing radience and eye serum for renewed recovery. Actually, it is the best eye cream I have ever tried.

Beautiful smelling products - the only reason I have scored 1 star less is for the stickers used on the products. For premium priced Spa products, i would have liked to see print on the bottles, not stickers - few with bubbles, dust on sticker edge, cut stickers (with scissors) and some placed wonky. I’m thinking of selling these in my clinic...just not sure at the moment. But the products themselves smell very luxurious!!

Great experience ordering from ila. Products arrived very quickly and I love them.

Quick delivery and excellent customer service BUT packaging is terribly wasteful. An enormous box plus internal packaging for a tiny (non-fragile) product.

I have used a few Ila products and they have never failed to please. The body lotion is soothing, non sticky and super absorbent. The fragrance is fresh and understated which is great for me as some fragrances can be overpowering. I will purchase again.
