You won’t get your order and they won’t care
Don’t even know where to start with these people, but I am writing here to encourage any readers to avoid ordering with Illesteva or at least never try use their online shop. People in store are much nicer but have nothing to do with the online team.
Instead, the online team contradicts themselves and the “manager” Melanie is extremely passive aggressive, not honouring the prices from the website. Worse, she dismissed an offer her colleague made of a mirror prescription lens change out for no additional charge which influenced my purchase. Instead, she tries to upcharge with inconsistent and nonsensical pricing at any instance without honouring sale prices (asked me for $300 extra for mirror prescription despite the lenses being on sale at the time of my purchase, when their website even says 200 full price). She had no reason when I asked her after this.
After correcting them, she offered a free HV upgrade but still charged me, and finally manage to dig up an old address from years ago for an upcharge invoice and mailed my order there instead, even though my order was for my current address. None of my previous order receipts for this order I placed had this old address, and they don’t even care that they didn’t send me something I spent $400+ on. These sunglasses were mailed months after purchase because she seems spiteful. If you try email them to get them to fix their mistakes they ignore you, and won’t even give you an option to speak on the phone.
