Delivery took a bit longer than expected but the item was as described and high quality for the price.

I bought a pendant and I like to return it. I had sent them a couple of emails to request a return but I didn’t get any response or reply.
Eventually they found my email and they had given me the refund after they received my return item. I had to pay the returned postage.

Made an order worth almost £250 on the 25th October, on the 29th I had an email stating one of the rings was out of stock but more will be available in 7 days and my whole order will be shipped then.

It has been 3 weeks since their last correspondence.

Update - customer services has been in contact and my order was shipped promptly, better late than never I guess.

Absolutely love the necklace I got, still wearing it everyday non stop after 2-3 years. No damage, still looking good and getting compliments like day one. Very happy with my purchase
