Iloft did a beautiful loft conversion for me last year. There were problems at the start due to the structural engineering reports my architects had done. However, Elvis the project manager, did his very best to overcome the issues. Iloft, of course, use a variety of workers to do the various elements of the project. Some were absolute craftsmen and did an outstanding job. Any that I was not completely happy with, Elvis always listened to my concerns and acted upon them. They were fair about extra costs and had a ‘give and take’ attitude. All in all, a thoroughly professional company which I can recommend.

We recently completed a massive renovation with iLoft, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The project included:

A garage extension
A stunning loft conversion with an en-suite bathroom (and other beautiful bathrooms throughout the house!)
A full basement excavation (a whopping 27 sq ft!)
A complete internal layout restructure to create a spacious open-plan living area.
Overall 800 sq foot was added to the house.

Leo, the project manager, deserves special recognition. He communicated clearly and regularly throughout the entire project. Leo is always just a phone call away and has been happy to help with minor snags.

Overall, iLoft made a major renovation feel manageable and stress-free. They transformed our home, and we can't recommend them highly enough. Would we use them again? Absolutely!

We have recently used Iloft Conversions for our house extension and refurbishment of the first floor and loft. I highly recommend Iloft. I had a loft conversion done back in 2019. They done such a great job very professional.
The aftercare is also amazing, just a couple of weeks ago I had a leak from my shower in the loft that was coming through to the downstairs bedroom. I called them to let them know. They sent someone straight away to fix it and also patched up and painted my ceiling in my bedroom downstairs.
Really happy with the service they provide. You will not be disappointed with the workmanship and professionalism that they provide.

This is a fantastic family run architectural design, build and construction company that converted our large loft to provide two fabulous bedrooms and bathroom.

The work was predicated on a well-structured and clearly articulated contract that made it clear that iLoft would take full responsibility for all design and construction elements as well ensure that the building control permissions were obtained from the local authority, as well as other certifications such as electrical safety.

The iLoft team were always responsive and attentive, ensuring that we were kept informed, involved and abreast of the work at all times. A bespoke WhatsApp group was established for this purpose by iLoft.

The work itself was carried out to the best standard I have seen, and as I'm a director of property development and maintenance, myself, I know excellent work when I see it.

iLoft included some very beautiful design features in the work, such as a skylight and atrium in the stairwell leading up to the loft that has lit up the whole area including the landing below as well as the loft landing, itself. It's a lovely feature, which all of our visitors since the work have admired and complimented us on.

Both loft bedrooms incorporate 2-3 way lighting meaning we can control the ceiling lights from the bedside lighting system and office/study area in the front bedroom. The bathroom incorporated secondary 'mood lighting' to an alcove to the bath and another one to the separate shower.

The flooring and carpentry work was carried out to a standard that needs to be seen to be fully appreciated. iLoft even incorporated an additional cupboard and light in a side alcove in the front bedroom that they needn't have done, but they took such pride in the work they did this at no extra cost to us. The company also supplied and fitted laminate flooring to our third small bedroom free of charge. This was a really generous gesture given the work was competitively priced to begin with.

We asked iLoft to undertake several other jobs during the works such as replacing the entire original staircase and balustrades, which, again they did brilliantly, even giving us additional ground floor hallway space as a result. The hallway was large to begin with, so the result is a lovely big area as you come into the house, which acts as showpiece in itself.

The before and after photos of the loft spoke volumes and I would recommend iLoft to anyone considering a loft conversion or any construction works done to the highest standard.

Having never undertaken any major building work before, it was essential that we used builders who were able to steer us through the process from start to finish. iloft were proactive in putting us through to an architect who drew up plans quickly and helped us to submit them for planning permission. iloft gave clear information about all the stages involved in our loft conversion and this transparent approach was very helpful for our budgeting. iloft are very well connected in the industry and put us in touch with local suppliers for fixtures and fittings. We have a small baby and so appreciated them completing the loft two weeks earlier than planned and leaving our property tidy at each stage of the build. I highly recommend ilfot.
