The learnings are phenomenal and have helped me build my career as a buyers agent - who fully supports clients with useful knowledge and insights. Worth the clarity.
Only draw backs are the difficulty to make JV partners if you are not in the higher teir of membership (platinum). The concerns however, are valid, as the high levels are better trained and prepared for the ventures.
