Purchased activewear top. Had quality issues. I tried to organise a refund but their email provider started rejecting their emails. Seems kinda suss. Looking to resolve through credit card dispute now.

I like what I've bought from this brand. I have lots of pants and shorts. I can see there are some issues with tee-shirt quality, but I've never bought one. Service is usually good, but they don't ever reply on Instagram in a timely way. I do like the clothes a lot though.
I bought the Boxed T from you. First time around I got the white and the black. Liked it heaps, so I copped the beige and greenish one too.
Unfortunately everything was well and true till I washed (yes as per instruction, cool later, sensitive setting) . After the very first wash, the Ts are never the same .
