I had taken service from many people for customer services for tickets but this is Zain ul Abideen Imani Travel, I say this is the first experience of my life that such a good and such a good person who has deal with us well, we have been dealing with him for two months, but not once did this person make us feel that he is taking advantage of us. The other two or three people I talked to were gone after two days because a person should have been looking after everything and talking to him, but this person always responded to his support and deal with us very well. I booked an Umrah package with Imaani Travels and paid a deposit. The agent initially said I could pay monthly but we agreed I’d pay the balance by November.
In mid-September, despite many conversations and changes, the agent suddenly demanded full payment, claiming the company was struggling and he might lose his job. I refused to pay. Two weeks later, the agent shouted and threatened legal action when I mentioned Trading Standards or ATOL.
They won’t cancel my payment and now demand extra money for a flight I won’t take.
Their website clearly states no cancellation fees, yet they still demand payments. The other reviews seem fake.
Keep your wits about you booking with this company.

Dear Humaid,
We take allegations of this nature very seriously and must correct the misleading and inaccurate statements in your review.
You agreed in writing to clear the balance of your Umrah package by November through instalments (confirmed via WhatsApp dated 26/05/2025, 15:12:18).
You paid a deposit of £1,250. On the basis of trust, we issued your tickets by paying the full cost of over £2,500 in advance.
You later advised that your January trip was cancelled due to personal circumstances, with June only mentioned as a possible alternative.
Your signed invoice and repeated written acknowledgements confirm that your package was non-refundable. This is standard for airline tickets, which cannot be cancelled or refunded once issued.
It is therefore untrue to suggest that we demanded payment because the company was “struggling.” The outstanding balance was requested solely under the agreed Terms & Conditions.
Your claim that our website states “no cancellation fees” is inaccurate. The Terms & Conditions, provided with your invoice, clearly state the non-refundable nature of your booking. Suggesting otherwise is misleading.
We categorically deny your allegation that our reviews are fake. Such statements are defamatory, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action should false and damaging allegations continue.
We remain open to resolving this matter in a professional manner, and invite you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns.

Umrah package
I booked my Umrah package through ImaaniTravel with the help of Zain Ul Abedin. I would definitely recommend this service as Zain was very polite and attentive to me and listened to everything I wanted from them. Overall I had a good experience with them from booking flights ,hotels and my transfers.

My previous review was removed even…
My previous review was removed even though I submitted clear evidence to support my claims. This company scammed me by taking my money and then changing my package without my consent. When I confronted them, they offered to refund my money only if I removed my review — I refused because I want to warn others.
I believe this company manipulates its online reputation by pressuring customers and suppressing genuine reviews. Many of the positive reviews appear fake, and I have documentation to support my experience.
I am not pursuing this for the refund anymore — my goal is to protect other consumers from being misled. I am more than happy to provide further evidence upon request.

You have made serious claims without providing any evidence or proof of booking with us. After carefully checking our records, we found no transaction or correspondence under your name. If you are a genuine customer, we kindly ask you to provide your booking reference, invoice, or any supporting documentation so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.
It is important to note that one of your previous reviews about our company was already removed by Trustpilot due to lack of authenticity. This raises serious concerns that your continued actions may have another motive, possibly aimed at harming our reputation.
Imaani Travel, we have been serving customers with honesty and integrity for many years, and we do not tolerate attempts to discredit our business unfairly. Such unfounded allegations not only mislead the public but also damage the trust we work hard to maintain.
We therefore request Trustpilot to review the authenticity of this post, consider banning this reviewer due to repeated suspicious activity, and remove the review if no valid evidence is provided.
