Ordered item was not in the warehouse and order cancelled- no refund still after multiple requests
Ordered item was not in the warehouse. While alternatives were offered they weren’t close to the item I ordered. The order was cancelled and I’ve been chasing my refund since June. Officially involving the bank and making formal reports. Completely unacceptable.

Hi Jennifer. We are deeply sorry for the immense stress this delayed refund has caused you. As a small business, ensuring our customers feel secure is our highest priority, and we share your frustration with this situation.
To clarify the timeline for clarity's sake, this order was placed on January 25th and officially cancelled on our end on February 10th. However, we entirely agree that waiting even two months for a payment gateway to clear a refund is completely unacceptable.
We have verified that the funds successfully left our account weeks ago, but there is a stall within the merchant's banking network. As communicated in our email today, we are actively petitioning the merchant to reverse the stalled funds back to us so we can bypass their system and wire you the money directly via an alternative method. We will not stop pushing until this is resolved for you.

We are so pleased with the rug from Imaco. Lovely quality, beautiful vibrant colours and so much better than from the high street shops. Very helpful, immediate response to questions and an amazing range. Definitely buying a couple more now we’ve seen this one.

Excellent experience working with Imaco Rugs
I had an excellent experience working with Imaco Rugs. Their customer service was exemplar. I was unsure as to what I wanted and they worked with me to design bespoke pieces for my new home.
We worked back and forth until we came up with the perfect solution.
They have an excellent communication and made the entire process very easy and pleasant. They even sent pictures as it was being finished so I could see the results.
I am so thrilled with the final product. I would definitely order from them again.

Absolutely beautiful kilim
Absolutely beautiful kilim at an excellent price. Very good communication when there was a slight delay due to flooding in Pakistan. Thoroughly recommend Imaco Rugs
