£49.95 inexplicably taken from my bank account a few days after I paid £1.95 for their AI tidy up of a passport photo. Online T&Cs refer to a subscription service which I never agreed to. Transaction disputed via my bank. AVOID.

Terrible, outright scam, removes money from accounts at random through hidden subscriptions. Had to get my bank to dispute the issue.

they are wildly unprofessional and will grab money from your account then try to lock you into a contract to get the bill reduced to a normal level...

I am extremely happy with Imagekit. I had a slight issue but support jump in immediately and sorted out the problem for me. Now it works like a charm again.

Good CDN, Worst support. Felt like the support guy, Somesh, didn't want to reply. I have over 2TB resource usage and around 37% of them are "miss" cache daily. I wanted to talk to support, and voila, Somesh guy wasn't replying after sending me two messages and just vanished.

Better for you not to have any problem to use their tools. Unfortunately there is no support to help you. They almost never answer, and have no desire to help you, especially if you start with a free first plan. it's sad

Advantages:
You get a lot for free. The free plan includes 20GB of bandwidth, free CDN, and unlimited transformations, which is more than enough for many small websites. Their API is pretty easy to use and they support tons of image manipulating functions (I only use the basic ones like crop, resize, blur, and image optimization based on the client's network and screen size).

Disadvantages:
Sometimes, cropping leaves out important details at the edges. The documents are quite hard to find, they scatter across some sites. Maybe they should centralize these documents to one site like Laracast. Also, they should provide more screencasts since some features are not easy to implement.

Note:
They provide support for videos now, but I haven't tested it out yet, so I can't say for sure how well is it.

Everything is simplified and easy to use. You can upload images to Dashboard and link them to the WP website or you can install their plugin and optimize all of your images directly on the website. The support is always there and it's very pleasant to speak with.
I will love to had some automated assistant to guide me for the best optimization choice.
