Not good
I went to the clinic in the United Kingdom for the first time to have an ultrasound scan, and the experience was disappointing.
During the examination, I was not informed that gas could affect the clarity of the images, and no suggestion was made to stop the scan or reschedule the appointment.
Later, I was surprised to find that the report stated the images were unclear due to gas. I expected clearer communication and a more professional approach, especially as this was my first visit to the clinic. Unfortunately, I left with an unhelpful result and an unclear report

You’re right to expect clear communication during your appointment. Bowel gas can sometimes affect ultrasound image quality, and we should have explained this at the time, along with what options were available. I’m sorry we didn’t set expectations clearly, and that the report felt unclear and unhelpful afterwards.

The whole experience was professional
The whole experience was professional, calming and reassuring. The sonographer was very polite and spoke through the whole experience clearly. She was happy to answer any questions at the end which was very helpful.
The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this to others and would visit again in the future.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, booked in the morning arrive mid afternoon was seen earlier than the time I booked, thorough scan even if baby wasn’t playing ball, saw what we needed to see and the gender confirmed second time around from a previous scan.

Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful experience for an early scan at almost 9 weeks. We'd had an early scan with our last pregnancy at a different clinic and this one far exceeded that experience.
After previously experiencing a miscarriage and fertility issues, it was so appreciated that everything was explained to me in such detail. As it was early, I had a probe scan as the ultrasound alone wouldn't detect much. The probe was able to show me a much clearer image of my baby, and hear the heartbeat which was amazing. I feel more connected to my baby at this early stage and would 100% recommend Imaginatal.

We couldn’t be happier with how our baby’s HD 4D scan went. The service provided by Imaginatal in Oxford was outstanding. Their staff was extremely friendly, they put us at ease and provided us with all the necessary information prior to scanning. The environment was very clean. They delivered what the package stated. Even more. We received a great quality goodie bag at the end of our appointment. Highly recommended!
