I've had a very positive experience working with this company. Their team demonstrated strong expertise, clear communication, and a results-driven approach at all times. I have worked with 3 different companies over the years . IMARK is by far the best experience and I am very satisfied. Their attention to detail and quality of work have been excellent.

The team offers comprehensive service that covers all the bases I need for my clients. They are also very communicative and are quick to reply during working hours. They also take the time to explain any questions I have and are quick to give me updates when needed

Thesed people are SPAMMERS and likely HACKERS - DO NOT USE THEM. At best, they will get your website blacklisted by Google. At worst, they will steal and abuse your / your customer's data.

Their CEO threatened me plus insulted my dead mother, really. Such professionalism extends to their work. If you think spammers will ultimately benefit your business, wait for future Google updates.

Scammers and spammers repeatedly harrassing us by email and phone for years. Please don't do business with these scumbag spammers.

Do not outsource any work to this company. They do not do good work when it comes to ppc campaigns at all. ZERO results in over 6 months of service and we gave them several accounts to setup and manage.

Their setup, targeting and so called management only lead to thousands in ad spend be depleted and after reviewing what they did, the targeting and demographics was not even correct.

Do not outsource or trust them with any projects.

Great company actually doing the correct work

IMark Infotech has called my company on multiple occasions over the last 2-years trying to sell their digital marketing services to our business. We have asked them time and time again to remove us from their call list, each time they say they do. However, a few weeks later they call back with all excitement and the same issue occurs. We have escalated this and spoke with their APAC manager who insisted this would be the last time it would occur (call was dated and recorded for 16th of January, 2026). Today on the 23rd of January, 2026 we received another call from someone by the name of Wanj (or sounded like that at least), we requested the call be escalated to a manager but yet the same issue occured yet again. He was literally the same guy that our call was escalated to last time. Like seriously how many people do these guys cold call where they don't remember the same company that asked them to be removed from their list.

We've filled a formal complaint with ACMA further harassment from IMark Infotech or any of their employees will be recorded, documented and we reserve the right to open a legal case against them.

Another scam company—plenty of verbal promises, but no real action. Because of IMark, I lost a customer I had been working with for over two years. They take no responsibility for the damage they caused. They promised to refund my funds, but more than two weeks have passed and they have completely disappeared.

This company is simply beyond belief. Even after my previous negative review and requests not to email me, they are still sending my emails from their Gmail scout accounts. Simply shocking, unprofessional company.

I worked with iMark Infotech from September to November 2025. My experience was very poor, and the work delivered fell far below the standards I expected from a professional SEO provider. Below is a factual summary of what occurred. I have full screenshots, WHOIS records, and documentation available if required.

1. Backlinks Provided Showed Concerning, Low-Quality Patterns

When reviewing the backlink sheet supplied by iMark, I discovered:

Multiple backlink domains were all registered on the exact same date and time

Several websites used the same author photo but under different author names

Some domains appeared to exist purely for link selling or placement

Many backlinks were Web 2.0s, profile links or irrelevant sites with no relation to education or tutoring

These issues were evidenced with screenshots, which I have retained.

2. Reporting Was Inconsistent and Often Misleading

During the engagement:

Reports highlighted increases in total ranking keywords, but these were mainly informational blog terms, not the commercial keywords I hired them to improve

There was no meaningful improvement on priority terms such as A Level Maths Revision Course

Several reports contained broken links, incorrect files or irrelevant data

In one case, a link sent to me pointed to content about “808 golf carts” — completely unrelated to my business

All reporting discrepancies are documented.

3. Missed Commitments and Unreliable Communication

Examples include:

A promised update on 30th October was never provided

Multiple documents sent did not match what was described

Several questions required repeated follow-up to get clarification

Some backlinks they said were placed did not load or pointed to incorrect content

4. Issues Were Avoided Rather Than Addressed

When I raised the problems — with screenshots and timestamps — the replies consistently avoided the specifics.

Responses included:

Requests to “jump on a call” rather than provide written answers

General reassurances that “things will improve”

Offers of a free extra month

Claims that my findings were “interpretations,” despite objective evidence

At no point did iMark explain the duplicate author photos, the domain registration patterns, or the low-quality backlink sources.

5. Refund Request Refused Despite Clear Documentation

After realising the nature of the work delivered, I ended the engagement and requested a refund.

Despite:

Providing evidence

Highlighting missed commitments

Documenting the backlink issues

Demonstrating reporting inconsistencies

…the refund was refused on the grounds of “policy,” and I was again offered a free month instead of a professional resolution.

Conclusion

This review reflects my direct experience with iMark Infotech from September to November 2025.

Based on the work delivered, the lack of transparency, and the refusal to address factual issues, I cannot recommend iMark Infotech for SEO services.
