We’ve been working with iMark Infotech for our SEO, and the experience has been excellent. Their team is helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. The reporting is clear and insightful, so we always know how our campaigns are performing. Communication is great — they’re proactive and quick to answer any questions. Overall, very happy with the results and the service. Highly recommended.

They provide irrelevant, low-quality backlinks that have nothing to do with your industry simply to tick a box and make you think progress is being made.

The service was really nice, and the system itself was easy and user-friendly. Everything was explained clearly, and communication was great throughout. Whenever I needed help, the support team was there and responded very quickly.

The only downside was that some changes took quite a long time to be implemented, which is why I eventually decided to switch. That said, the SEO program was extremely helpful, very well-structured, and clear on every step, which I truly appreciated.

Absolutely terrible. Don't trust this company. They took me for a lot of money. Around $3500. They made a huge mess out of my technical seo and caused errors on gsc with around 50k additional pages to my site. I kept bringing it up for months and no fix ever happened. In addition, the backlinks were complete trash and after 6 months they couldn't rank me for a single keyword. The worst part, is they couldn't even figure out why. Its not hard to understand that if you inject 50k website pages into gsc that its not going to rank. Also trash backlinks don't improve rankings.

They are super amateur at building landing pages. My small team has far superior design skills. They claim to be this huge company but they cant even understand basic design concepts. They made a huge mess, failed to rank a single word, didn't provide adequate keywords, backlinks or anything of value.

All they did was cause me more work that I have to pay for. Now I have to pay another SEO guy to fix their mess. They refused to give a refund after all this because they feel there's no obligation on their part to do any of the things they claim in their service or in any of the expectations outlined in their own marketing material. Their PPC is trash too. 4 months and 3-5k worth of ad spend and not a single conversion. Google had to step in to try and fix the campaign but by then it was too late since my budget ran dry and I didn't have the confidence left to throw more money at it.

My next step, will likely be one that involves an attorney. Its just ridiculous their guy "V" (his whatsapp name) is so dense and refuses to take any accountability on this. Actually they did admit they failed, but still thinks they should get to keep the money I paid regardless. This was not just poor results, it was negligence. There's simply no excuse for how poor their work is. I have had their work audited and its quite bad. Happy to share their landing pages and mess they created with anyone that wants to see just how bad their work is.

These guys have no clue what they're doing. They rely 100% on AI to design for them and they have no idea how to structure anything. Its just pages with a huge wall of text and everything mashed together and not formatted properly, not to mention redundant pages and things. They don't do any q&a at all, so be prepared to spend a lot of your own time doing that for them as well.

In short, they wasted 6 months of my time, $3500 in fees, and thousands more in ad spend - all for zero results and a mess that now costs me even more to fix. If you value your business, avoid this company.

Imark has been scamming all along. Their employee, Shivani, kept reaching out to me even after I blocked her on WhatsApp, and later they even contacted my direct clients. Such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended.

Just horrible service to charge you for SEO and PPC and do nothing. In three months my website traffic went down instead of going up. Just shameful work.

I have never experienced such appalling, negligent and unprofessional standards in my business history of some 40 years. A project promised to complete in TWO months now TWO YEARS LATER and still not completed. I rarely give ratings but this experience needs to be acknowledged with MINUS --3. Any astute business/corporation should avoid this company entirely !!
