Misled unlocking time by about 4 days and cost by about £33 (get you involved then half way through tell you there is another cost and no way to get out of it). No one to talk to and only 1 e-mail reply to say their policy is "no refunds". Unlocked eventually but very clever in roping you in and definitely not delivering what they initially promise. Will definitely take the time to go to the mobile shop next time, slightly cheaper and done in 2 hours. Use this company at your peril....and cost...and frustrating time

I had little faith that it could really be so easy and inexpensive to have my phone unlocked. Most other websites are asking for $50-$80 to unlock, however IMEIUnlockPro only cost $23 (in Canadian currency). It was unlocked within 4 days, and I was sent an e-mail. All I had to do was insert my SIM card into the phone and plug it into iTunes. After it restores the phone and updates software, it's unlocked!! So easy! I truly appreciate such great service :)

I paid to unlock an iPhone 5s. 4 days later I was told that it was blocked and I had to pay an additional fee. This additional service was advertised as £29 but there was additional hidden fee of £10. The unblocking service had a delivery timeframe of 12-24 hours. It is now two weeks since the additional payment of £39 was paid and the phone is still locked. Upon communication over 5 times with the company, their automated response "this service has been extended because it does not work on weekends. Please allow another 12-24 hours". Two weekends and 11 working days later and I am still left waiting. Do not use this service

I searched for some time before I found imeiunlockpro.com. There are so many of these services out there that you never know which one is legit or not and how to select. I took the chance with imeiunlockpro.com after seeing the price and that they were ranked in the top 11. Those ranked higher were two times and sometimes three times the price. My phone was unlocked in 2 days without any issues. I would use them again.

This was THE LEAST expensive unlock service I found. All the US companies were more expensive EVEN with the exchange rate from USD $ to British Pounds. There are a legit service and will unlock your phone. I was a little skeptical of the whole process but everything worked fine for me. The only semi negative was that it took the full 5 days (they were BUSINESS days), which wasn't that surprising. You can trust these guys.

I was kind of skeptical with the price being so low, but I followed the instructions, and my unlock worked perfect!!! I will definitely recommend them to others, and I will definitely use them again!! It did take all 5 days, but is was well worth it!

I'm very DISAPPOINTED in your service. After 5 long days of waiting for an unlock from AT&T for my iPhone 4, I finally received an email from you saying my order cannot go through unless I pay another £29 because my IMEI is BLOCKED, despite the fact that it shows up as clean on several IMEI checking websites. How can my iPhone be blocked when it was BRAND NEW? I refuse to pay another £29 for a second unlock service for a phone that wasn't blocked to begin with.

I would have liked to request a refund for my £12 but imeiunlockpro said they cannot do that. If you won't give me refund, at least unlock the phone like you said you would.

I will not recommend this service in the future.
