Sehr intuitive Software
Für die Visualisierung von Arbeitsprozessen und die 3D Layoutplanung ein sehr intuitives und hilfreiches Tool. Es konnten bereits 2 Projekte realisiert werden, bei denen im Zuge der Simulation Optimierungen ausgemacht und umgesetzt werden konnten. Der Kundensupport ist sehr eng und wird regelmäßig gepflegt.
From my perspective, I can only say that IMK works in a very professional manner and always approaches its work with a great deal of know-how and expertise. Regardless of which problem I encountered in the past, the employees were always committed to finding and providing solutions. All in all, I can say that it is a good software solution supported by a highly competent team.
Wir hatten die Gelegenheit, den EMA Work Designer im Rahmen eines Pilotprojekts zur Gestaltung und Bewertung eines Arbeitsplatzes in der Luftfahrtindustrie einzusetzen. Dabei konnten wir die Software intensiv testen und ihre Möglichkeiten in der Praxis bewerten.
Besonders überzeugt haben uns die umfangreichen Funktionen zur Planung und Analyse von Arbeitsabläufen, die integrierte Zeitermittlung sowie die fundierte Ergonomiebewertung. Die Software schafft eine hohe Transparenz über Prozesse und unterstützt dabei, Optimierungspotenziale frühzeitig zu erkennen und belastbare Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Betreuung durch die Trainer und das Support-Team. Die Schulungen waren praxisnah und kompetent, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und individuelle Anforderungen wurden jederzeit berücksichtigt. Es war deutlich spürbar, dass auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden eingegangen wird.
Insgesamt ist EMA Work Designer für uns ein leistungsfähiges und zukunftsorientiertes Werkzeug, das insbesondere bei der Planung und Optimierung komplexer Arbeitsplätze einen erheblichen Mehrwert bietet. Wir können die Software und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem EMA-Team uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Der ema Work Designer hat unsere Prozessplanung deutlich verbessert. Besonders hilfreich sind die ergonomische Bewertung von Arbeitsabläufen, die Analyse von F-Zeiten und die anschauliche Visualisierung von Prozessen. Dadurch können wir bereits in frühen Planungsphasen Optimierungspotenziale erkennen und unterschiedliche Szenarien bewerten. Die Software bietet zudem gute Möglichkeiten, inklusive Arbeitsplätze zu planen und dient als ausgezeichnete Diskussionsgrundlage in Workshops und Taktungsgesprächen.
