I've ordered shirts from Impact several times. Every time I have ordered, I have received my shirts on time (or earlier). The staff at Impact are respectful, hardworking and go the extra mile to fulfill my wishes. They have adjusted designs without any hassle and produce shirts of the highest quality, in regards to the printing and quality of the shirts themselves. In the future I will continue to order my custom shirts from IMPACT without a second thought or worry. And I am 110% sure I will continue to be 110% satisfied with both my shirts and the customer service this small and powerful company will provide. Definitely order your shirts from Impact!!

I would recommend Impact Shirts in a heart beat. The customer service was magnificent. Their designers were able to take my verbal vision of a design and create exactly what was on my mind.
The shirts were ready in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable and affordable.

Impact shirts has never let me down! I've made shirts with them every year and the quality that you get from the printing is amazing! I could wash their shirts one hundred times and they wouldn't fade. (I hate shirts that get those wrinkle bent lines in the print because of washing.) Vince, Don, and Karen are the sweetest people ever too! This year, I had a couple shirts I had to order after I sent in my final order a day earlier and they were super accommodating and just held production a couple of days so they could order a couple more shirts that I needed. Life savers! Every year they get better and better :) never been disappointed :)

I am the adviser of our school's senior class trip. I came up with an awesome idea for a shirt, then another group used it, so I needed to change my design. When I told the designers I needed to switch my design they had no problem changing it. They are quick to respond to any changes or questions and production and shipping are fast and easy! The finished product is awesome and my students are always happy wearing these shirts!

I’ve been working with Impact Shirts, Karen and Vince for about 10 years. Over that time frame, I’ve worked with Vince on many shirt designs. I can honestly say, each time he out does himself.

It seems like Vince gets in my head and understands what I want. I call him, we talk and I tell him the concept of what I’m thinking about and want to do. Within a few hours, I have a design thats exactly what I was looking for. It’s uncanny how he can do that…
