Great event - well executed. We had an outstanding trip which had been extremely well organised - every little detail had been considered. Gee is an outstanding sales person - thank you for helping make this happen.

Thank you Gee Kaur for arranging our trip in your usual efficient and friendly manner. We had a great trip to Paris for Valentines Day, meeting superb people and indulging in lots of champagne and laughter. The show at the Moulin Rouge was superb and our table was next to the stage, giving a brilliant view.

It was a great event, both the Restaurant and the show. Shame there wasn’t transportation in between events.

First Class Experience
The event attended was Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall. Brian, is great at finding events that suit me and this was no exception. He is always very helpful. This was an amazing first class experience. The food was excellent and there was a good choice of drinks. Great communication from the ICE team throughout the process.

This was the first time I had dealt with Imperial Corporate Events and not sure whether you were a scam or not.
The last minute nature of receipt of tickets, uncertain ticketmaster apps and even issue of confirmation of the flights didn't help to reassure me.
The lay out of the Portal is very confusing and not easy to navigate.
We only received the tickets for the game 24 hours before we were due to leave. The ticketmaster app had problems and it was all rather last minute - given the amount we had paid for the package, not sure why this was so delayed

As soon as we receive them, we send them out as soon as possible, which sometimes means they arrive just 24 hours before the event.
We’re also sorry to hear that you found the portal difficult to navigate. Our dedicated portal team at Imperial is always available to guide our clients through the process. Yet again there was no provision for gluten free/ no red meat. Why ask for these things if nothing is to be donevwith the information.

Facility was awful
Facility was awful. It was sold as a purpose built village with a marquee. It was a rugby club house and not a good one at that. It was embarrassing as we took 4 clients.

One slight “niggle” would be the meeting at the airport.- on several occasions many of us have arrived and no- one is there to greet us and consequently check in can be a little dis organised.
